With minimal care, such a dish garden can thrive for years, serving as a lasting tribute to the dearly departed loved one. I have known Judy for decades and her floral selections never disappoint. They have always been of the highest quality at a very reasonable price. Inside consisted of two customer checkout lines, one for cash and one for credit cards. The two coolers had several one dozen flower bouquets with baby breath for $35.95. The mid-sized plush teddy bears were reasonably priced at $35.00 but were all the same design. It was so hectic inside the small store I left to relax with a cup of coffee.

Kate & Kevin are a husband & wife local business that provide the highest quality customer service and freshest flowers. After I initially emailed, Kate created a fabulous mood board that captured all of the colors and flower choices. Then a few weeks later I visited the shop and Kate walked me through everything. I felt totally comfortable with all of Kate's recommendations to stay within my budget! The wedding day came and Kate came into the room with all of the bridal bouquets. My jaw dropped and I literally started to cry. They were more gorgeous than I could have imaged. Truly, they exceeded all expectations. Totally ruined the surprise and impact. (and cost $75) You know when you want to surprise someone on a special day? That day happened to be a Sunday and I don't live in the area, so I went looking for a flower shop that would deliver on a Sunday in Fort Lauderdale. Ideal Orchids had good reviews and the perfect plant. The website was fairly easy to use, so you can order directly on there at any time of the day (versus calling). They also do same-day delivery. When I ordered it, I designated for it to be delivered on a specific Sunday (again, it was time-sensitive). I got an immediate email confirmation with the delivery date stated clearly (incl. my additional note to leave the flowers on the front steps if no one answers) and was stoked about the quick response. The day came and went and I never heard from my friend. I finally texted on Monday to ask if he'd gotten a special surprise in the mail and... nope! At this point I emailed the address listed at the bottom of the confirmation as the contact email to ask what was going on. A few hours after that (a day late), the flowers were delivered by an extremely flustered woman. Apparently she had to go back to the truck several times because she hadn't brought the flowers up to the door when she knocked, and then when she brought the flowers, she left the gift note in the car... By that time, she let him know she was having a bad day. Sigh... Ok, I get it, we all have bad days, but you're delivering flowers with a "congrats" note! Maybe don't vent to the recipient? My friend let me know he'd gotten them and how it went down and I went back to my email and saw a confirmation of delivery. Again-- a day late. It even said on the confirmation that the delivery date picked was March 1st, and the delivery was confirmed on March 2nd. No note to let me know what had happened. I emailed again to say I'm really disappointed and that, at the very least, I should be refunded the $15 delivery fee. Crickets. It sucks because the flowers were really pretty, but being able to trust that your order will be delivered when you designated is a big deal. It lost a lot of its meaning because it wasn't a surprise on the day of the accomplishment AND I ruined the surprise by asking the next day. Also, the person who delivered it really made it an unpleasant experience on top of it being late. I would never use this service again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and then lack of response to two separate emails afterwards is very bad customer service. If you choose them, I'd recommend calling and triple confirming that they will deliver on the day you need. A confirmation email is not sufficient.

Why would a florist not deliver on one of the best weeks for sending flowers? We thought, a shop owner can make his own rules. We requested our money back and was told we would get a refund. Now almost a week later, we have not received a refund and the florist does not pick up the phone. You cannot leave a voicemail (mailbox full) I am not sure what is going on with this business but they took our money and we did not get flowers for mothers day.
