This guy is a swindler! First of all, we got a new water heater from this guy(Michael) 3 years ago…read more He tried to charge me over $5,000.00. My friend called the local warehouse with the info off the box and found out how bad he was ripping us off. He ended up taking off $2,000.00 after being confronted but I still paid over 3 grand for a water heater. Fast forward.....Last week that new water heater quits working and the only reason I called him back is because he would have all of the warranty info etc. He said the parts would be under warranty but he would have to charge me labor for the work. BE AWARE! He charges $75.00 "truck charge" and that is per day. If he doesn't finish in one day it's another $75.00 each trip. Then he charges $125.00 an hour! He comes out and tears it apart. He says it has been leaking for years. I questioned how it had been installed. He blew up and was just going to leave me with a torn apart mess. He said " maybe you would like to just install it yourself". I asked if he was serious? He said he needed to go to the warehouse and get a part. When I asked what the price of the repair was going to be he kept saying "I charge BY THE HOUR NOT BY THE JOB!" He comes back and installs the part. He said now, it needs another part and I need to go back to the warehouse. He calls me and says the warehouse was closed so he would be returning tomorrow. So, here comes the second $75.00 truck charge. I guess you need a box truck to pick up a sensor? I told him this was all ridiculous! I do flooring and stated that I would never treat a customer this way. His reply was "well, you run your business how you want and I will run mine like I want to!" In the end he handed me a bill for $880.00 for a repair on a 3 year old water heater that he charged me over 3 grand for. I blew up! He relented and said ok, just for you I will reduce it to $500.00 does that sound ok? I said "no, it doesn't but your in control here". I paid him and told him to leave. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I called them for some help told him my unit was 2 to 3 years old. Kept saying it's going to be older than three years. Well I guess that doesn't matter I called for his help. He said he to me Thursday today is him that probably is not going to work specially when it's inside my house right so yes, customer service I won't be using him in the future or recommending him to anybody. Our furnace was on the fritz all week and finally quit last night. The guy called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message at 11:30pm last night. With nighttime lows in the single digits it was a concern. He was super nice, and let me know the price difference if I waited until morning, that our house would be fine for one night and not have frozen pipes, and also that it would be better worth our time to have him come when he can get parts right away. He had our furnace repaired within 45 minutes and we finally have heat. Also, he helped save us money on our very tight budget. In less than 12 hrs, our heat is on and the house is almost warm again. Consumer beware... this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left…read more(unknown to us) the furnace started leaking as the condensation pipe they had blown on during their 'tune up' they unfortunately jarred apart and it started to slow leak condensation into our walls!! We gave them a fair chance to take responsibility for this before posting a bad review by sending an email and certified letter to them with repair invoices (costs we incurred) and photos of the flood damage asking for reimbursement (under 3k), but they took zero responsibility. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe they sent me a lengthy email back blaming the people that installed the furnace five years prior when the house was built, claiming it was installed incorrectly! Can you imagine?! Mind you these people have serviced our furnace the last three years and never once mentioned a faulty installation as part of their duty to let us know if something with our furnace wasn't right!!! I would absolutely not use this company unless you're willing to have your house flooded due to their negligence and then get stuck with the bill ontop of the stress of your brand new home being damaged. What a shame they wouldn't take any kind of accountability. I'll never use them ever again.
