Owner John Welch was extremely thorough and after about an hour of detective work, discovered the cause to be something completely unexpected: a loose intercooler radiator mount. In the meantime, we found John and his wife, Leanna, to be very pleasant company and ended up talking to them for about 1/2 hour afterward. Despite all the time he spent figuring out the problem, the charge was *extremely* reasonable and, needless to say, I was very relieved to know that I could drive the 330 miles back home with the truck having been properly repaired. If you're in the Schroon Lake area and you need your vehicle repaired, this is definitely the place to go!

He was able to fit us in and did a great job on short notice and we made our way to other stops before heading home. We had no problems getting home over that whole distance.
