First, they were rocking some classic pop music (I'm talking Spice Girls, Brittney and BSB), so it was a great conversation starter. It was distracting, but it was fun listening to music I haven't actually listened to in years. The tech and I were reminiscing during my process. Second, it was super clean and bright. It looked brand new. I asked them if they just opened and found out they have been open about 4 years. I'm not talking just clean equipment and tables, but chairs, walls, desk, products were crisp. Third, I was able to walk right in. They were staffed appropriately for the business that day and I barely waited the time it took to sit down. Forth, the staff was professional and kind. Something had to give as these hairs are thick :( The studio is gorgeously decorated with a calming vibe. It put me a bit at ease as I had a water and enjoyed our conversation. She's very personable and sweet. I will say I've never been waxed in my 25 years of life. So this one session she said would be the hardest. Which I'll admit was a bit of a sting. Yet RayAnna is super skilled and FAST! 10-15 minutes to do legs!? Crazy! Maybe less honestly. No bruising or Stubble. Just perfect smooth legs. I am also an esthetician but cannot wax myself. I consider eyebrow threading outpatient surgery but this wasn't bad. I wish they would take more time and care with each client. This is like fast eyebrow-threading service. One in, one out. No wipe down of the chair between or head rest. No aloe for the eyebrows or tissue even if you needed. It's the little things I look for when it comes to my care needs. I'm still on the fence about this location. Maybe I'll check out the others or find another eyebrow threading service altogether.
