Redstone is very reliable, dependable, friendly and honest. Not only to mention that these other reviews have not had work done by him, but are complaining of the fact that his wife works for a property management company that he does jobs for as a vendor that has absolutely nothing to do with his work.. I will also say that Redstone has personally got three bids from other carpet cleaning businesses that their pricing was more than what he charges. So it seems like he should be charging more than he is.. I hope people read these reviews and take them into consideration. Remember there are more than just one side to every story. Usually when people leave negative reviews that is because they are ultimately in the wrong and being charged for damages that were caused in the unit upon their residency. We used Black Diamond a few years back and was impressed by Tyler's work and attention to detail so I asked if he would be willing to clean our dryer vent once again. Almost immediately we set up a date that worked best for us both. Bonus: I was in the process of sealing our bathroom grout as it needed a fresh coat and asked Tyler for any recommendations. He suggested that he could do it no problem! Perfect - Kill two birds with one stone! Once again, Tyler's price point (for dryer vent cleaning and grout sealer application) was far better than quotes I received from other companies. He arrived promptly and diligently executed both jobs in a very sanitary method, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. After he was finished, he cleaned up both areas very well. It was just before Thanksgiving and it was short notice. Josh and Sarabeth got back to us right away and made time for us. We didn't have anything to vacuum the carpet prior to their arrival but it didn't matter. They came in, vacuumed, cleaned and an added bonus, in my experience, they brushed out the carpet. It was top notch service at an affordable price. At the same time, we were looking for a cleaning service. That didn't happen. The carpet was not damp, it was wet when he finished. His walking on the wet carpet in his black soled shoes left footprints throughout my house on the tile floors. The overflow hose with dirty water and chemicals was put in one of our bushes, I hope it doesn't die. Won't use them again. My Bissell carpet cleaner does a better job and extracts my moisture than their equipment.
