The "owner" test drove the car and said it was fine. I immediately asked him about the brake like that is still on, he said "you have to drive it and it will go away". Drove the car to Ikea and the car starts making this extremely loud howling, screeching noise. I went back to them and the "owner" tells me that it's probably the rotors or I didn't buy OEM brakes for the car. I said Jurid is specifically made for German cars. I said it's funny how all of a sudden now it's the car's fault. I told him that I have to press the brake pedal all the way down for the car to stop. My old brakes would stop on a dime. He said he can't do anything about that and I need to change the rotors. The mechanic that referred me checked the rotors and they are good for one more brake change so that's complete rubbish. So I asked him about the brake light on the dash and he had the nerve to tell me he doesn't have the computer to reset my car's computer. So my car still thinks I need to get the brakes changed as when I start it, it tells me. Which is why I changed the brakes in the first place!!!! How do you do half the work get paid, mess my damn car up and have the nerve to say you can't do anything about it. Clearly they have no idea how to fix German vehicles and now I'm scared to drive my car because the brakes don't work and the noise it's making is extremely annoying. So off the the BMW/Mini dealer I go. Horrible!!! Will be contacting the BBB.
