It is a full-service, comprehensive auto body and collision repair company. When I arrived, the owner, William Rich, was busy helping another customer who was upset about damaging a borrowed car. I patiently waited for my turn, and William was quick to assist me as soon as he was free. After inspecting my vehicle, he recommended a bumper replacement and offered a fair price, especially since I was not planning to file an insurance claim. I was genuinely impressed by how swiftly my car was repaired. The team went above and beyond by cleaning, detailing, and touching up some minor scratches on my front spoiler. He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well.
