One of the oldest rules in the history of business transactions is that "you get what you pay for" ... I was convinced that given k & s window washing's experience and photos that they would do an excellent job...unfortunately we were let down for a couple reasons: 1. When we sought to have our sliding door tracks professionally cleaned, our goal was simply to improve functionality/accessibility due to excess dirt/debri. The result was really no change at all. There was no sponge or vacuum used. 2. In the process of cleaning our big windows the servicer apparently didn't use a towel to protect our freshly painted pristine white wall from the dirt stain left by his ladder; which totally contradicts some of the messaging in the photos about their professional touch/technique. (Pictured) On the other hand they are friendly and have more affordable rates than their competitors but unfortunately for us it's the details that count and in this case there were a couple major ones that counted against our experience. If you are looking for a basic window washing perhaps for upkeep and regular washing maybe this company will work for you. read more

I didn't get to meet Jerry, for they came later than scheduled..but did keep me informed of time. Both times this company came to my house, first time to give me a quote and second time to wash my windows they were spot on time. Very professional and friendly. Very pleased to see them show up with masks as safety it critical at this time. The windows sparkle, tracks are all cleaned and outdoor lights were even cleaned off! Am VERY happy with their work.
