If you do a little research you will see that Campbell Window Film is literally in a league of their own. When we needed out new building tinted we of course chose Campbell for the job. Brad's team showed up, they set up and then then they swept their way out. The windows look great, the work area was clean up and put back the way it was just as when they arrived. We love this film as it keeps our house much cooler when we have direct sun light. We really wanted to use a 3M product based upon the company's reputation and long history of providing excellent products. Campbell Window Film team came out and installed the 3M film for us. They did a fantastic job! They covered the area with drop cloths to protect the floor while removing old film and applying the new film. The installation was quick, professionally done, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them for any tint job you may have.

The person who showed up was from a different company than the one advertised, and what was supposed to be a $60 garage door inspection turned into him aggressively pushing me to replace the motor. I was home alone at the time and honestly felt very uncomfortable and scared. So when my husband told me he contacted GSD through Instagram and they quoted only $69, I didn't really believe that would be the final price. I expected some extra charge like a trip fee or tax. I paid $250 for my first cleaning about five years ago, and even $100 last year felt pretty reasonable, so $69 seemed almost too low. But $69 really was the total. The young couple who came out was very polite and professional, and they did a really thorough job. After my previous experience with an Instagram business, I especially appreciated how comfortable and straightforward the whole experience was.

My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional.
