I usually have a good experience but the last time I went & brought my mom, customer service wasn't the best. My mom doesn't know much about skincare & was on a budget, the girl helping us had an attitude & kept pushing my mom to buy every step even though we have said several times that we are on a budget. My mom said she made her feel stupid for not knowing about skincare & made her experience less enjoyable. :( read more

Cute skincare place tucked in a corner of a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking. Nice room with a couch for the other half or kids to sit and wait. My daughter and I don't know much about skincare. She recommended things for each of us and asked questions about what we are using now to make sure there are no issues. If you like sheet masks there are so many to choose from and it's buy 10 get 5 free, it's a good deal to be able to mix and match and ask questions. Stacy was so patient and helpful. She made sure we were getting the right sheet masks. She recommended us to get the most of the free five by not picking the cheapest masks too. We tested a lot of different things. We are not checking in luggage so we only bought things we could carry on and she kept that in mind. She gave us a sample of a cleansing oil to test out that was over the limit and we can order online later if we like it. So excited to try our new skincare products and sheet masks. read more

I'm so conflicted about this place. They have a decent selection of products and price point is very competitive compared to other stores in town that sell K Beauty products but every single time we come here, the staff follow us around like we're going to steal something. It's so annoying. They will even go to the lengths of pretending to stock, fix or look at items on the shelf next to you as if we don't know what they're doing. It's a tiny store so it makes it even more obvious. It's honestly so offensive. I am a repeat customer I love that every time I go in they have new items to try . The workers are always kind to me . Very helpful ready to answer my questions. I seen some comments on here that say that the girls are not always nice but on my last trip just the customers that walked in walked in with a heavy attitude so I can see why the girls would have an attitude. We discovered this store on Instagram and were impressed by all the good reviews, so I decided to take my daughter to check it out. The store is relatively small with only two clerks working, and while they don't have as many products as Sephora or Ulta, they still offer a decent selection. This review focuses solely on the customer service we received. We visited on February 3rd, 2025, around 3:45 PM. As someone who had never used Korean foundation before, I sought assistance from one of the clerks (not the cashier named Melani). Unfortunately, the service provided by the girl who helped me was disappointing. She seemed very annoyed, and her manner of speaking was not friendly at all. It was clear that she did not want to be there working, or doesn't want to be bother. Even my daughter noticed how rude she was. This is not how customers should be treated. Based on this experience, we won't be returning to this place. Instead, we will take our business to another Korean beauty store on Spring Mountains, where the staff is kinder and more generous with samples without needing to ask. read more

Honestly amazing! Me and my friend have been wanting to go here so bad. First impression of the place is that the decorations are very cutesy and I love that there is a display of the product with testers. Staff was very kind and attentive, I had Stacie who immediately came and helped. I addressed my skin concerns and explained what my skincare routine is. Stacie had showed me and let me feel the difference on products on my hand so I can see if I liked the texture and learned the importance of toner (truly makes a difference in feel and absorbing product). Very informative on ingredients in the product and attentive to my acne prone skin She also shade matched me to a T with the tirtir foundation I was looking at. Overall, very good selection of k-skincare and has a smaller section of k-makeup very clean with the testers so you don't have to worry about spreading others germs or opening a tester cushion foundation and it doesn't looks like a mess and is well maintained. They do have a selection of k-hair care and a wall of sheet masks with a buy 10 get 5 free deal. Very good pricing compared to other stores/amazon.(ex: biodance collagen face mask that's very popular on TikTok goes for $4 but the other types of sheet masks are around 2$) Pricing is very affordable compared to other Korean/japanese cosmetic stores I've been to. With making my purchase, the products I was a bit not ready to add to my skincare routine yet (to slowly introduce new products at a time) I was given samples of to test out at home and see if I liked it with my routine was a very accommodating to testing it out on my face. This was probably my 3rd visit to this store as I find it convenient to grab some highly recommended products from Korea. As I am half Korean, I do like to do my research of what the newest and innovative skincare products are to use. This review comes with the interaction I had with the young lady who works there (rainbow colored hair). I was browsing through the shelves to purchase some products for myself and she approached me and asked if it was my first time there. I kindly said I had been here before and she proceeded to give me a dirty look. I don't feel like I came off with an attitude when I responded to her and I spent over $200 worth of product in the store. I'm not sure what the dirty look was for but, maybe try to hide your feelings about customers a little bit. read more

The prices are pretty alright and little bit over my budget but otherwise it's alright. I've seen better.
