Vlad and Viktor and their team are one in a million! Our agent recommended we work with them and refused to let us consider anyone else - and we see now why that was the case. They really care about the quality of their work and they were communicative throughout the whole process. Even when things ended up being more difficult than expected, they would handle it with good cheer and made very few changes to the initial estimate. And they cleaned the house so thoroughly every time they finished work! No stray tools or nails lying around, floors all protected, no dust. Random things happened during the remodel and they were super helpful even outside the scope of their work. our furnace broke when the temps dropped to 10 degrees. Late on a Friday evening, Vlad texted me how to handle it so we wouldn't damage the floors with the temperature drop, and was responsive even on the weekend as we got it repaired. My garage door broke as well and he gave me guidance on how to think about the repair. We feel we got tremendous value out of the work they did and would definitely work with them again. Vlad and his people helped remodel my townhome. They replaced the carpet flooring, installed hardwood floors, painted the entire home and kitchen cabinets, installed a new kitchen countertop and sink, and fixed inspector issues for us as we prepped our home for sale.
