It helped that we had already rented the make and model and liked it. I liked the no haggle policy. I wouldn't like it if the price hadn't been good, but I have better things to do than haggle. At most dealers, if you don't haggle, you pay extra. The sales process went smoothly. Edward was new but knew what he was doing and managers helped him. They got the paperwork done quickly and brought our car out with a big green bow on it and we were off to lunch.

To start things off, they sold me a car with a punctured tire. It was low when I test drove it and when I came to purchase it they kept asking what exact time I would be there, which I now know was so that they could air it up right before I came. By the next morning, it was flat and I was $600 out in new tires. That week it also started to make all sorts of noises. In short, I've had this car for 2 months and am out $1500 in repairs (more than the car is worth) and it's still not perfectly fixed. Their cars may have a nice sticker price, but they're buying them for cheap (mine was a repossession) and you'll be paying all that money you saved plus more in repairs. ALSO their notary is a crook. My title came pre-notarized and Omar filled in the date. Which is illegal. I've reported the notary's name to the district attorney. I've reported this dealership to the Federal Trade Commission.
