They "fixed" it and we took it home and the next morning the light came back on, we took it in and they sent it across the street to the Toyota dealership for a week. Then we got it back, WITHIN 24 hours, the check engine light came back on AGAIN. Drove it back up, they sent it to Toyota for another week. Barely able to tell us what was done. Luckily we ran the code before taking it back the second time. Now, we have had it in our possession for just about 2 weeks and the check engine light came back on WITH THE SAME CODE they had never resolved and it's now having trouble starting. I would NOT recommend buying from here. Lazy work, no real fix. The light coming on before leaving the lot the first time tells me they just cleared the code before selling. Dishonest.

Well he still couldn't find me so I already I'm already just a little upset right now because like what's going on so then he proceeds to tell me he was going to go into find his service manager and I said what do you want me to come in and he was like no no no just stay right here so I was like I'm going back to my car and car so then some young guy came out and asked me what was I there for? What service do I need and at this point I'm just pissed off and so I told him about their service and I told him about the whole car buying process so everything into this one little conversation say I didn't get my my appointment because I was already upset and I said let me just leave before I say too much and then it'll just be but I'm telling you from our car up until I've not been happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I mean they messed up my car I mean our paperwork got all jacked up. They changed the date of the so-called purchase of the car when we bought our car in February but they said they changed it messed up our paperwork so they changed the Beethoven like March 13 which was a lie so you get our tag situation take care so and then I had a service call because I have an accent lighting button in my car and supposedly I am supposed to have the colorful lights in my car. I take it in and of course they say oh no no no you're not supposed to have I'm like why do I have these two buttons in my car so therefore that didn't get taken mad anyhow so it's just been one bad thing after the I'm just not happy with Jackie Cooper Tulsa Nissan. BIG mistake. I got 20 minutes down the road and the check engine light came on. I was reassured it was fine. Only after I took it to a mechanic myself did I find out that they were going to have to take apart motor to figure out what the issue was. Code PO300. Kelvin came with trailer to my house to haul it back to his mechanic. They tried new coil pack and new spark plugs. Light still came up. Only after replacing valve seats and new head did it go away. At this point, the inconvenience and purchasing a 15,000 dollar Jeep that couldn't even make a 2 hour drive home was very frustrating and my only complaint. Then a friend noticed my tire on the driver back side. It had dry rot! It was not new like I was told they were, and I had to buy a new tire because the one on it was not safe. On my second trip to broken arrow to pick up my Jeep I got to the Arkansas state line before the check engine light came on. Again I was told it's nothing to worry about, probably a sensor. Again, I took it to a mechanic here in Arkansas, and it's all 4 O2 sensors and two catalytic converters. So, now I have to pay 1300 dollars to fix this. These Jeeps look good but mechanically in my experience not so great. DO NOT trust this place.

Thankfully they left a business card in my wiper and their insurance then paid to fix my car. I had to leave another different body shop because they told me they wouldn't stand by the work if the color didn't match... WHAT So I went to Gerber and they took great care of us. The car was ready in one week. I'll go back any time we need glass or bodywork. In fact they also replaced a window on another car we have after they did this pictured Lexus. Great experience, great communication, and I'm thankful that they stand by their work. We didn't have to pay because it was an insurance job, but we saw the prior company's bid and Gerber's was $1,000 less. They replaced parts, rewired stuff, replaced parts of a light, replaced a wheel and tire, dealt directly with insurance, repainted the bumper to match my car. They separately buffed out a place on this car, and replaced a window in another car. Thank you Gerber!
