I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax from South Pointe in November of 2025. I have had to put it in the service department now three times due to the engine light coming on - twice for engine/transmission issues and once for emissions. The car is still under 8,500 miles, by the way. My last visit I was told that the engine was losing oil but they could not find the source of the leak. They put more oil in it and sent me on my way, this after sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours. After speaking with them I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I should check the oil every few weeks because they cannot trace the source of the leak. This is unacceptable on a brand new vehicle that I paid sticker price for. I also left several voicemails for the General Manager which were not returned and had to finally track him down at the dealership to express my concerns, none of which were meaningfully addressed. Nothing has been and nothing is going to be done by this dealership to make this "lemon" that they sold me right. Use caution before buying here because I can tell you they do not care about you after the sale.

Most of the vehicles were out of state, so i had 2 shipped to Tulsa. My first experience wasn't great. I initially worked with Tyler, who didn't seem to take me seriously. Because my license listed a different city, he assumed I was taking a 24-hour test drive out of town and denied me the opportunity. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to continue. Still, I had already shipped two cars in, so we decided to try again--and I'm glad we did. This time I worked with Maegan, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and actually treated me like a customer. I wasn't a fan of the automated text responses (those bots got confusing), but Maegan always helped clear things up quickly and made the process feel more personal. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. If you go to CarMax Tulsa, I definitely recommend working with Maegan!

I have many years in the automotive service business and there is always a cause to any complaint. Never once have they given one just kept throwing new parts at a problem. Now after changing the engine, which did not fix the problem, the heater core is plugged with trash from the salvage engine. To make matters worse they want to charge me 1700.00 to change it out. After hours of dialogue and explaining that it is not failed it is just in need of a flush, no dice. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!

We called Nissan Service at Jackie Coopers an immediately we were transferred to William. He listened and suggested bringing the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon arrival my wife said everyone was very friendly and helpful. William got the vehicle in right away. During my wife's visit she couldn't help but notice one particular service advisor going above and beyond with the customers...Her name she believes was Melissa Rivera. Not only did she work well with the customers but also with her staff. My wife said they need to move her up to the sales floor or better yet we need to be talking to her for our business.... Within 30 minutes my wife's vehicle was diagnosed and back on the road. Come to find out the Rogue had a small nail in the sidewall. Since we had just purchased new tires a month ago it was replaced. Thanks Jackie Cooper for taking the time to hire and train your staff the right way. However we do miss the older service manager Mr. Hensley... We will be back!!!.

Well he still couldn't find me so I already I'm already just a little upset right now because like what's going on so then he proceeds to tell me he was going to go into find his service manager and I said what do you want me to come in and he was like no no no just stay right here so I was like I'm going back to my car and car so then some young guy came out and asked me what was I there for? What service do I need and at this point I'm just pissed off and so I told him about their service and I told him about the whole car buying process so everything into this one little conversation say I didn't get my my appointment because I was already upset and I said let me just leave before I say too much and then it'll just be but I'm telling you from our car up until I've not been happy with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I mean they messed up my car I mean our paperwork got all jacked up. They changed the date of the so-called purchase of the car when we bought our car in February but they said they changed it messed up our paperwork so they changed the Beethoven like March 13 which was a lie so you get our tag situation take care so and then I had a service call because I have an accent lighting button in my car and supposedly I am supposed to have the colorful lights in my car. I take it in and of course they say oh no no no you're not supposed to have I'm like why do I have these two buttons in my car so therefore that didn't get taken mad anyhow so it's just been one bad thing after the I'm just not happy with Jackie Cooper Tulsa Nissan. They suck and told my husband I'm not taking my car back there. I said you can take it in, but I to take it there anymore.

Professional service, but two major safety oversights…read more I have mixed feelings about my recent experience at Purdy Hyundai. I brought my 2024 Hyundai Elantra in for a 30,000-mile service (costing $1,100), but what followed was an incredibly stressful and dangerous afternoon. The Issues: Engine Failure: After leaving, my car blew a cloud of black smoke and lost power while entering the freeway in heavy semi-truck traffic. I had to limp back to the dealership with the engine shaking. It turns out a step was missed during the fuel line cleaning, leaving non-fuel residue in the lines. Undercarriage Failure: After the first "fix," I headed home again. 40 minutes into my drive, the front undercarriage cover fell halfway off and began dragging. I was stranded on a rural stretch of the freeway, 40 minutes from the dealership. The Recovery: Despite these major mechanical oversights, the staff at Purdy Hyundai were exceptionally kind and professional. When I called from the side of the road--exhausted and frustrated--they were apologetic and immediately offered a loaner and a tow. While they didn't have staff available to drive to my rural location that evening, they coordinated through Hyundai AAA to get me off the road quickly. The next morning, they replaced the damaged panel and personally drove my car out to my home (almost an hour away) to deliver it to me. Verdict: The technicians clearly made some significant errors that put me in a dangerous situation. However, the management and service advisors handled the aftermath with grace and high-level accountability. They made it right, even though the experience was a nightmare. I appreciate their kindness, but I hope their service department implements better quality control checks in the future. I thought about giving a star rating of 3, but chose 4 instead because I've taken my car here for all service needs since I bought it, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I also chose to give a score of 4 stars because of the professionalism and accountability from all staff members who helped me. My car is doing much better now, as am I.

Believe me, I looked at numerous dealerships before we bothered traveling to Tulsa to buy a car. Our salesperson, Brandon Tipton, was a pleasure to work with and was upfront from the beginning. Most every dealership I looked at in TX/LA/MS/AR offered great pricing (comparable to Regional) however their advertised price included every single rebate under the sun. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.
