When I got home, I decided to inspect it myself and immediately found that the antenna connection was simply unplugged. Once it was plugged back in, the radio worked perfectly. There was nothing wrong with the glass at all. Be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

This is unacceptable on a brand new vehicle that I paid sticker price for. I also left several voicemails for the General Manager which were not returned and had to finally track him down at the dealership to express my concerns, none of which were meaningfully addressed. Nothing has been and nothing is going to be done by this dealership to make this "lemon" that they sold me right. The judge approved funds for my son to purchase a car, and we were working within a strict cash budget. While waiting for the funds, we found a 2025 Hyundai Elantra SE listed on Tulsa Hyundai's website at a "Tulsa Hyundai price" of approximately $16,000, which was just below our approved budget. He went to his manager, Sami, and they came back stating the price would instead be approximately $21,200. In my opinion, this is a classic bait-and-switch. Tulsa Hyundai advertised a vehicle at a price that brought us into the dealership, allowed us to test drive it, waited until after we said we wanted it, and only then disclosed that the actual cash price was thousands of dollars higher. This was not just a minor inconvenience. This involved court-approved trust funds for a young man who suffered life-altering injuries and was trying to purchase a reliable car for college. We were honest from the beginning that we were paying cash and had a strict budget. Tulsa Hyundai should have been honest from the beginning about the actual price. The Issues: Engine Failure: After leaving, my car blew a cloud of black smoke and lost power while entering the freeway in heavy semi-truck traffic. I had to limp back to the dealership with the engine shaking. It turns out a step was missed during the fuel line cleaning, leaving non-fuel residue in the lines. Undercarriage Failure: After the first "fix," I headed home again. 40 minutes into my drive, the front undercarriage cover fell halfway off and began dragging. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.
