Oct 2023- Had deck cushions completely replaced. Measurement guy said he could get them made and foam we wanted in time. We hired them based on their word. There are many companies in the area we could have chosen. A few days before we had to leave company tells us they they don't have the foam we picked out. Company said they had comparable foam to what we ordered with one they had in stock. We had no choice but to accept their replacement foam trusting that they said it was comparable. Company is blaming us for accepting replacement foam which we didn't see until the day they delivered the cushions and we were pulling out the next day. Replacement foam is complete garbage. Contacted them to see if they would own up to using extremely sub par foam. Tried discussing with them to work on getting replacement to what we originally ordered when we are in the area again. Their response was we had to come in to chose foam we want. Um, can't come in because we are not in area yet and what we want is what we originally ordered. Cushions are one year old. You look at the pics and decide if the foam they recommended is anything you'd be happy with. Remember, this is only one year old and they started looking like this after 3 months. People who come to our boat have to use a cushion to sit on our cushions. read more

I found this shop on Craigslist. Gave the owner, Kevin, a call. I wanted to get my seat foam in the driver's seat repaired, and my headliner restored or replaced. I talked to him about some options and ultimately trusted him to do whatever he thought was best for the seat, and to replace the headliner. Both jobs took less than a day and were done professionally. I will update if anything about the work falls apart in the future, but for now I am more than happy with it and it looks great. I was able to get a good quote from KC via yelp and email and sent him photos of my car driver's seat damage. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I brought it in and he had it done in a day. the workmanship and price was great. Called around to find prices for my headliner to be redone. Kevin was the only helpful person out of the 10-15 places I called. Nobody wanted to do suede and if they did it was hundreds and hundreds of dollars even with me pulling my headliner myself. I gave him my headliner with the old fabric pulled off. There was a few places that were damaged and cracking. He repaired what needed to be done and put on a foam backed suede and it was ready for pick up next day around noon when I dropped it off around 5 the previous day! I recently purchased a car as a project and had to address the headliner that Lotus is notorious for (In their defense, they always opted for less weight- so they just quickly glued some light/cheap material to pretty it up a bit and probably called it good). My headliner was is in terrible shape, and it made the short list of things that I wanted to do soon. Called Kevin after seeing his Craigslist ad. Admittedly, his business location was far from where I lived- but after reading some Yelp reviews and a conversation with him I knew that I felt good about taking my roof over to him so we could talk options (I called a couple places before KC and I didn't feel confident in those conversations and opted not to move past the phone calls). After a quick walkthrough over what I wanted and an explanation of what he was planning to do, we agreed on a price and I left him with my items. This wasn't a "normal" headliner repair. There's brackets and countersunk holes for hardware that took some finessing to get it done right. It even required an added trip to the hardware store for him to get some tools to remove the brackets. I get a call later on in the day to let me know my roof was ready, and they did a fantastic job! In case you didn't catch the tone in the writing, I'm happy with the results and would quickly recommend this business for their professionalism, customer service, and of course their craftsmanship.
