I definitely was charged for a full set only to loose half of them on the way home and the other half overnight! Well it's the day before Christmas Eve, she ended up blocking me on her cell phone and never returned any of my calls. Keep in mind I never lost my temper... Sheetal (the spa owner) and Sandra were highly cognizant that I needed to get going by a certain time. They so graciously threw in a complimentary Paraffin treatment and wonderful foot massage to make up for the inconvenience and even with the extra service on top of the already amazing package I had purchased I was still out the door at the time I needed to be. A wonderful place to go and escape for a couple hours, even the extractions weren't too bad ;) Extremely thorough facial with superb evaluation of my skin's condition.
