Decided to take it to my own mechanic at Tallmans in Rome to take a look at it and they had zero issue with the plug. Plus, the only people who have touched the plug is your service team, and even Tallmans think it's your mistake and you should pay for it. I know I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, but I know when I'm being lied to. I'll be leaving a review too and never coming here again. I think it's gross to try and scam people when everything else is so expensive.

Unlike many of the local auto service shops that make you wait forever and attempt to seduce you with free coffee, these guys get right down to business. Best of all, they're honest. I walked in on a busy Monday morning and asked to have my tires looked at, since they were at least five years old. The owner, Russ, was fabulous. He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. The worker (Rauel) came out and told me to go to the other stall... the rude guy wasn't able to get his oil changed and the guy BEHIND ME went next.
