I told John what I wanted done and John took the time with me to explain exactly what they would be doing and he gave me a detailed price quote. Based on the way John treated me, I decided to bring my scooter to Iannace's Cycle Shop for the work to be done. I was told the work would take 3 days to do. On the second day I got a call from John and was given some good news, firstly, my scooter was ready to be picked up, a day earlier. Secondly, the actual price turned out to be over $100.00 lower than the original price quote, this because upon close inspection of my scooter, John found some of the parts I told him I wanted changed, to be in very good condition and didn't need changing. A win-win, picked up my scooter and it ran beautifully. Now, fast forward 5 months to just a few days ago, my son and I both have Can Am Outlander 570 ATV's. We wanted to get snowplow's installed on the machines. Iannace's Cycle Shop beat all the other cycle shop prices in the area, also able to complete the jobs in two days, other shops told me 4-5 day's. I told John that we would be renting a trailer from U-Haul to get our ATV's to his shop. Almost before I could finish my sentence, John said "come borrow the shop trailer to bring your ATV's to my shop". I don't know of very many business owner's who would go to such great lengths to help a customer in ways that go way above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. Bottom line is, best prices around, top notch mechanical services, quick turnaround times and great customer service, all designed to make the experience for the customer, a great one. I highly recommend Iannace's Cycle Shop for all your motorcycle, ATV or snowmobile needs, they also carry a large selection of accessories for all cycling activities. Install cost was a little higher than I expected but based on hourly rate and normal dealership per hour rates. Mechanic was above par, certified by Honda, and treated my bike with respect. These folks will now be my go to shop for warranty items and add on stuff. It is worth your time to venture to Coxsackie and check them out.

He is fast, meticulous, and super knowledgeable about cars, motors, etc. Recently I had my shocks replaced , all four of them and brake pads done. I had a wonderful experience at C&S Auto. I know that it is not often said about having a good experience with car mechanics but I really did. Excellent customer service and convenient to Berkshire county.

Here is why: After Matts put new tires on one of my cycles, they forgot to attach one of the bolts on my front brake! My wife and I were returning from a trip a week or so later and very fortunate to notice a slight chattering, and so we pulled over, dismounted, and then noticed the problem. We Immediately realized that we could very easily have both died had we continue to ride the bike. Next day we had the bike transported back to Matts. They made the repair a couple of days later and announced that they weren't going to charge me! What chutzpah! Naturally, they didn't offer to reimburse for the cost of having a bike towed to them.

It was in a crate waiting for me. The 4 wheeler is nice. Runs great so far. I have not used them for repairs or maintenance yet.
