Everyone I interacted with at the salon was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, which made me feel more at ease about trying a new location. At just $10 for threading, the quality was great.

This place discontinued the service they were offering to me after being a loyal customer for years…read moreand spending thousands of dollars at their establishment. They called to cancel my appointment with one day's notice, leaving me a cheery voicemail, apologizing for any inconvenience . Management never returned my phone calls when I called repeatedly asking to speak with somebody. And they continue to send me emails, reminding me to book an appointment for service they no longer offer. I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. However, I cannot overlook the way I was treated and the ongoing insult. Emailing me encouraging me to book an appointment.

She has many years of experience and gave me great breathing techniques to get through those moments (ladies you know what I'm talking about!!) she was really easy to talk through and even asked about my prior experience. This is the first time in a long time where my Brazilian was tolerable and I attribute that to the soft wax but also my waxer. The girl who did the service was nice, but the overall experience fell short. It felt like I was there forever -- I arrived at 11:30 and didn't leave until 1:30. I've usually gone to Brittany or Luciana, but since they're no longer there (which is sad because they were great), I gave this new girl a chance. Unfortunately, my lashes barely held their lift after few minute of driving away (5 mins) and didn't even look tinted. They just looked like my regular lashes. The brows came out decent, but she did some waxing and cutting, which I hadn't asked for, now one tail is shorter than the other and thinner.. there goes months of growing. To make things worse, I ended up with a burn! I wasn't going to pay $175 for this, so I went back and asked for a refund for the lashes at least. It's a real shame because the place was great with Brittany and Luciana. I wouldn't be surprised if they left because they weren't treated well and made their own business. The girl who worked on me even mentioned she only had THREE MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE, which really showed. Brazilian Beauty shouldn't advertise services they're not qualified to provide. Sadly, my eyes hurt now, and I wish I didnt even get coerced to do brow lamination wasted half my day for nothing. I LOVED this place but can no longer recommend or support.
