When pedicure was done, I sat there for 20 more minutes with no one offering to do. The same girl with the attitude did my nails and was clearly not happy about it. Then they charged $10 extra for doing something I didn't ask for. All in all my nails took over 2 hours and my pedicure chipped on the way home. NOT GOING BACK.

I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. Rosana showed such incredible expertise too, drawing out the symmetrical lines I should strive for to achieve the look I wanted. They have good covid measures in place too right now, with a temperature check at the door, a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front desk, and masks required all around.
