I wanna give a huge shoutout to @_kfitny @kfitboutiquegym @arieleloisafit for helping me thru this 6 week challenge I lost alot of Inches but gained alot of muscles and confidence!!!! The first two weeks was crucial my body was in pain but after that your body gets used to it and it feels good you actually crave more !!! Before I joined I was doubtful and goin thru some bullshit life issues and karina assured me it was the perfect time to join something new because the real endorphins high would help me deal with my stress and boy was she right she also said I would be surrounded by amazing powerful women that would support me thru my hardships and that was percent on point thank u karina @_kfitny for pushing me out of my limits and helping me in becoming a stronger woman physically and mentally ill be forever grateful and I will continue to push my body to the next level !! This is my second time doing the LBD challenge and I love it. Even though we're technically "competing" with all the other women participating in this challenge, we're all here supporting and cheering everyone else along as they also celebrate our "wins" on a day to day basis. Whether it's setting a new PR or being able to run a lap around the park nonstop. We are each others cheerleaders and there is no better sisterhood than that. The support we get from each other and from our coaches is unmatched and the daily emails is something I look forward to reading. Truly one of my favorite challenges especially because of the grand finale celebration at the end. It's wonderful to see women from all walks of life, all different professions, all different fitness levels, come together and have the same mindset and have similar goals. read more

I am so glad I decided to join K-Fit! ‍‍ Mostly, I participate in virtual classes. At first I was skeptical about these classes because I didn't know how they were but from the first one, I was hooked!!! The trainers are so motivational!!!! They make you feel that you can do it. In addition to the virtual classes, I also participated in outdoor classes. These are also amazing. Besides taking exercise classes, I also was part of a challenge. This was terrific because I also received a grocery list, menu, and recipes for each of the 4 weeks the challenge lasted. After the 4 weeks I feel amazing! I am honestly thankful to all the K-Fit trainers and recommend K-Fit to anyone who wishes to be fit, healthier, and happier. read more

Simply the best! I was never motivated to work out until joining a few weeks ago... no more walking into a gym doing a few things and walking out because of boredom! Karina teaches you to love yourself and to be the best version of yourself! Shes so motivating and just like a unicorn.. Update: 5/1- i have never been so strong and confident! KFit is a unique and special place ! The coaches are all Knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The best thing about them is they do "challenges" to help get you back into or start a routine ! They provide lots of support and encouragement. The challenges include detailed meal plans , daily motivation emails, amazing workout classes, private chat with members enrolled in the challenge, cavitations, and there is always an open line of communication with any questions/ concerns that you may have. I love this gym. This group of people, from the trainers to the clients, have literally changed my life. They push you to be the beat version of yourself. I joined K fit in December and it's been exactly what I expected . It's the perfect place to go to when you want to feel better about yourself , feel good and break a sweat . All the trainers are nice and push you to your goal . I love that it's just women fitness center and how clean it's always kept and how welcoming we all are .
