Maryellen Greco, the owner, is dedicated and incredibly attentive to her clients positioning and individual needs. Every workout is different but I always have to readjust my rearview mirror when I get into the car after a session because I am sitting so much taller. The instructors do a great job of giving you tips throughout the class to help you with your form. I suggested Pilates to a friend who was looking to increase flexibility, and we chose Body in Balance LI because it was close to work. Susan set us up with duet sessions so we can work out together, and she accommodates our different needs and skill levels (as a newcomer and long(ish)-time practitioner) almost seamlessly. Her instructions are easy to follow and her tactile feedback is immensely helpful.
