If you want the benefits of a high quality Korean spa without the drive to Korea Town, this is it! I'm not sure what took me so long to try K Glow, but you realize once you step into the softest disposable slippers you've ever tried, that this is about to be an experience. They don't mess around with cheap spa towels either. I was handed beautiful, thick Turkish towels to dry myself off. You are greeted with warmth and care by everyone in the spa. For my first visit, I opted for a facial and body scrub. I let the esthetician choose based on my skin and had an incredible facial-very unique-using all Korean skincare. Then I went in for my scrub. Omg. I was worried that there weren't soaking tubs or crystal rooms like they have in larger spas. I shouldn't have. They have their own special way of prepping your skin in a dry sauna with a lovely tea. The space is beautiful and you feel very pampered. My skin felt like butter (just like K-town)and my hair was super soft (since they wash it in the treatment using Korean products). They are true experts in their field, so I bought a 12 pack of treatments and will try the scalp treatment next. My friend came with me and did the scrub and lashes. 10/10. Thank you! read more

From your traditional exfoliating body scrub, to head spa, skincare, and hand & foot care, Jin does it all. The studio itself is gorgeous!! Bright, minimalist, and clean. First time customer and I opted for the Exfoliating Body Scrub, which included a face mask and hair wash. I have experienced many K Spas in the past, so I already knew what to expect. But, the nice surprise was starting off with a warm cup of Korean hot tea and 15-20 mins in the half body sauna. I left the spa feeling very relaxed and my skin was so soft and silky smooth!! Summer is the best!!! I got a Korean lash lift and I absolutely love it and will be doing it every 6 weeks. She was punctual and the appointment was quick which is my favorite for a lash lift. I drive all the way from Burbank and I would do it again and again. I'm about a month in almost and my lashes are still lifted. 10/10 recommend. read more

Suburbanites rejoice! We can FINALLY get a Korean scrub without leaving the Conejo Valley! I used to live on the other side of LA, so hopping over to the spas in K-Town was easy. Now that I live in Calabasas? Not going to happen. When I saw that K Glow studio was opening close to me, I was so happy. Now that I've experienced it...I'm beyond happy...I'm ecstatic! And I want the world to know about this gem of a place. Jin has done an amazing job at setting up a clean, welcoming, calm, peaceful spa. From the moment you enter it's just total zen. I got the full body scrub and it was nothing short of perfection. The scrub suite is it's own private space, so it's very comfortable and quiet. Little touches like sipping a hot tea while you sit in the sauna seat before your treatment truly set the tone for what was such a positive experience. My scrub was so good and included a quick facial, sheet mask (which you wear the whole treatment -- helloooo glass skin) and then a shampoo/condition. At the end, you'll sit under a bar that has FIVE shower heads which feels ah-maz-ing. I practically floated out of the scrub suite and my skin from head to toe was baby soft and glowing. I've have been waiting to go to a Korean head spa for the longest time & was so excited when one opened closer to home. So today I got the head spa treatment after my husband went the week before. His description to me was that it was nice, the 15-20 min neck & shoulder massage that he got was great..but that he wouldn't go back again...but that wasn't a concern. No problem. Knowing how much I love a neck & shoulder massage, he got me a gift card so that I could go. My hope was that I would love it, & then make an appointment for the full body scrub the following week. I have to say, I was really disappointed. The salon is beautiful, clean and Summer had everything ready for me. It started great, a little eucalyptus oil in my hair, a couple minutes (very light) neck massage....I prefer a stronger massage and I would have asked for more pressure, but I thought, I'll just ask for that when the longer massage comes...but it never came. I've got no idea what was put on my hair...because Summer never told me. Yes..I could have asked...but knowing that this was my first experience...I would have thought she would have said what each one did, and what the benefits were. When it came time for the half-moon shower head thing....it was nice....but it must have stayed on for about 8-10 minutes.....in the same place & I'm just lying there with my eyes covered. No shoulder/arm massage nothing....just me lying there. I don't even know if Summer was in the room with me anymore. I could then feel & see (through the mask) what was the red light therapy...again ..wasn't told..& again nothing...just lying there. Summer came in and a warm towel on my chest...but then disappeared again. I could hear the sound of new trash bags being opened in the front room. Now ....i don't know the steps...as I told Summer when she took the eye mask off me..but I expected more touch...more massage...especially after my husband telling me how his massage went. But Summer told me that those are the steps. Summer did mention that my husband might have gotten a longer massage if he asked (he said he just mentioned that he likes his head/neck rubbed)....However, before my treatment started, I told Summer that I didn't want the initial camera scalp eval...as who wants to see that! So I don't know why this portion of time wasn't used for a massage? I feel ripped off. I could have washed my hair and laid on my bed with a leave in mask on & saved myself over a hundred dollars. read more

My friends gifted me a birthday treatment at K Glow Studio in Agoura Hills, and I was excited to try their head spa. I booked the Hair and Scalp Renewal, and after the initial evaluation, we added the hair loss treatment as well. The studio itself is immaculate, clean, and well-maintained. I was greeted warmly, offered water, and guided to the treatment area. I also appreciated being able to take before-and-after photos of my scalp assessment. The treatment itself was relaxing and went smoothly, and I was told to air-dry my hair afterwards. However, the comparison between the before and after scalp images did not look very promising; there was only a slight change in the buildup. Once my hair dried, the dry patches on my scalp were still visible, and I didn't feel much improvement in itching or dryness. My hair also didn't feel noticeably smoother or different after the treatment. Overall, the experience and service were great, but I personally didn't see the results I was hoping for. read more

Last week, I had my first scalp treatment, and it was incredibly relaxing! my scalp felt so clean by the end of the session. Today, I also got my skincare done by the owner, and it was heavenly! Got the Korean scrub. It was my first time, and the professional made me feel at ease. It was so relaxing and replenishing! The first 20 min or so are in a little sauna pre-treatment. I went in today for a Korean scrub, and the head spa treatment. I can't even begin to explain how blown away I was. I have always wanted to try Korean spa, but the lack of privacy has always been a bit off putting for me. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by Jin. She only takes one client at a time which makes the whole experience so special, and private. She is sooo sweet and welcoming. Her spa is so beautiful and clean. To start the treatment I sat in a sauna with the best tea. The scrub was insanely good. She started with a facial that felt incredible. The scrub got so much dead skin off, and she pours warm water all over you wich felt AMAZING. The massage at the end was the best massage ever. I didn't think it could get any better until we did the head spa. It was so relaxing and my scalp felt refreshed and hair was very silky. If you love getting your hair shampooed...this feels 1000 times better. I was pampered from head to toe. I feel and smell heavenly. I honestly can't wait to go back.
