Wow ! I had a 60 minute treatment. I learned so much about my scalp and how to take care of it better. I recently cut my hair short and was looking to grow it back healthier and stronger and the headspa is amazing help. I brought my two teenage kids with me for appointments, and all three of us were genuinely impressed with the experience. Each of our scalps was carefully examined, and they were able to pinpoint our individual issues just by looking at our hair follicles and skin, it was incredible. She immediately recognized that I was low on nutrients (something I had just confirmed through bloodwork). She also identified that my daughter was dealing with hormone-related oil production and buildup. The most fascinating moment, though, was with my son. After looking at his scalp on the screen, she asked him what time he usually goes to bed--and accurately guessed that it was after 10 pm, explaining that it was impacting his hair health. That really surprised us! I do color my hair frequently, so while it felt extremely clean afterward, it was a bit dry. You must go. I had a 75 min scalp treatment yesterday and it will be my new treat to myself or gift to others. Starts with a magnifying camera view of your scalp. Mine was very flaky, a lil red, itchy. You then head to treatment room and lay on the bed with warm blanket and Spring washed my hair 4 times with different herbal teas. Yes. Warm tea straight on scalp. Each round has a scrubbing or massage, to work the tea into the scalp. She ends up massaging your whole head, neck, shoulders, arms, and chest. She was excellent and I was so relaxed and fascinated. At the end you sit back in the chair and she serves you a little tea and a snack as she dries your hair. Then the magnifying camera comes back out and I audibly gasped as I saw a complete difference. Shiny glowing scalp. I wish I had taken pictures of the screen. I was so excited to try a new service in our community. WOW!!! Was I pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a professional demeaner. My treatment started with a follicle and scalp analysis which was very informative. Next, I was escorted to a beautifully appointed room where I was given a robe and told to lay on the bed. The next hour, I was pampered with three different warm teas poured on my head, a relaxing scalp massage and then an incredible pressure point massage on my neck, arms, hands and decollate. When the pampering was over, I was escorted to a hair bar where by hair was blow dried with Dyson dryer while I snacked on sweet treats and delicious tea. It was so professional and they have all kinds of products including Chinese herbs that proved to help with scalp healthy and hair growth. The massage technician are all certified and experienced.
