They had stations for weaving and a badge/story telling set up. In addition, there was a full day of scheduled music events that were hands on and allowed children to use the musical instruments! Then I heard some rapping. I checked my other radio and the same thing happened. I was so confused and didn't understand why I was hearing synthesized vocals and electronic drum beats from a country station. It was at that moment I thought I had entered the twilight zone. In a world where country music is not country music but pop music. An alternate dimension. The pedal steel does not exist. There's no Jamey Johnson, Sturgill Simpson, Whitey Morgan and the 78's, Brent Cobb, Tyler Childers, Colter Wall, Chris Stapleton, Cody Jinks, Mike and the Moonpies etc..etc.. Or maybe this country station is in cahoots with large record labels (e.g. Big Machine) who are only interested in promoting pop music under the guise of country music to capture a broader market and target specifically to teeny boppers because they are huge revenue stream (Think N'Sync, Back Street Boys, 98^degrees).
