The vegetable stand was a gloriously colorful feast for the eyes. Wonderful variety. Sadly no daikon radish. Onwards to the baked goods stand for buttery croissants, chocolate croissants and a black and white cookie for my son. The seafood cart warranted a return visit for wild caught salmon and tuna (delicious seared). Final stops for Mongolian beef momo with scrumptious sauces - be sure to try the green ginger and garlic sauce. The empanada stall has almost too many options making it hard to pick just six. I settled on Buffalo chicken, Mac n cheese, and black bean. Last stop was the pickle man for sour garlic dill and pickled banana pepper rings. The vendors were all friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and customers were all happy.

Here is a list of all the other vendors that I think are worth checking out (Wednesday's 7-1pm): Coris Kitchen Baked Goods - This stand has amazing healthy granola bars, as well as cookies and other yummy treats! Horman's Best Pickles- truly the best pickles, and if you take a photo and #hashtag them you get a free pickle your second visit! Laurel's Butter - Handcrafted Nut Butters- this nut butter is out of this world good and comes in cute snack packaging! Coach Farms - You don't like goat cheese? this vendor will make you change your mind! I should mention that everyone at the market was super friendly and attentive!

The pastas from Bambino Ravioli Pastificio & cheeses from The Cheese Guy are pretty good too. And I just recently discovered the vanilla hazelnut iced coffee from Perk-Up Coffee Xpress & the best Italian rice balls + stuffed breads from Pan Delicious. Not to mention, everyone is so friendly here, a lil pricey but all these hidden gems in one place is what I look forward to going to on Wednesdays :)

They also carry fresh flowers and offer them at reasonable prices. The vegetables, while priced a bit higher than local markets, are well worth it. Better to buy a few pounds of vegetables that you can fully consume rather than pay less elsewhere and wind up throwing some out.

But for a deli tucked inside a warehouse it's actually excellent, with fresh Italian meats, sausages and other goodies. Something worth checking out if your passing by or in the area.

I love both plus I love farms! I bought a ticket on their website and was excited to attend. The day of the event, was a glorious late September day for this outdoor gathering. It was a bit confusing to decipher how to enter and when I presented the ticket via cell phone to verify my purchase, the crew was confused. Luckily, I did print a confirmation as well and was quickly given my tickets for 2 craft beers of my choice from the many vendors. There were also tickets available to purchase for the petting zoo which I totally bought. The farm is pretty spacious and the cute little "country store" packs a lot for very reasonable prices. I walked around looking at the hardworking employees still tending to the crops amongst the festivities. They all said hello as I walked by. I got my craft brew and sipped it as I kinda explored the grounds. It is amazing that this place exists so close to home. Freshness right next door! Crossroads Farm has greenhouses, live chickens, and pretty much everything that is in season. Pumpkins and beautiful flowers. I loved the store. It was small but so many homemade, organic and different fruits and veggies you could imagine! I purchased an incredibly delicious, huge pretzel-rolly thing that I couldn't wait to devour. I also bought something called Ground Cherries which on the sign said a mix between cherries and tomatoes in this little husk skin thing. I didn't like the taste, but so happy I tried this cool thing I had never seen before! There was live music, food trucks, the petting zoo which I loved (spent a good portion of my time in there.) This place just had a great vibe. Bringing families out, friends just to have a local outdoor good time. I will not be a stranger to Crossroads. I think I found another new happy place!

The plums were bitter, and the peaches and pears were stone hard and had zero flavor. I actually spit out what I bit off (sorry - but being honest). I know they are organic, but why are they so bad? The other products sold are commercially sealed, like jams and honey, and they are more expensive than in the supermarket. I wish this place had good produce. I didn't buy any vegetables, only fruit. I even gave them a contribution as I admire the farm culture of this place, but the fruit is simply awful.
