I had been procrastinating on getting my mani/pedi because of the bad experience I had in Milwaukee right after I moved here. Since then, we have finally found our home in Pewaukee and I knew I had to find a place. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the owner and he took me to my chair right away. I was assigned to Suki and she was just a doll! She took very good care of me and she was such a delight to converse with, I didn't even sleep during my pedi like usual. Although it was more expensive than what I am accustom to, it was definitly worth it. (the pricing back home is more competitive due to supply). The chairs, tubs and stations were obviously new, but you can tell that it is very well taken care of as the staff takes pride in their stations. I booked my next appointment with Suki and am excited to call Lavish Nails my new home :-)

Being a single client salon means it is quiet and not just an assembly line, but a careful full service with a wonderful final product. In 30 minutes I had a pedi which included a sea salt massage and soak followed by a hot stone massage. Every item used was single use and thrown away after used, making sure every appointment is personalized. The price is appropriate, and I absolutely recommend Nancy. She only works by appointment, no walk-ins. This assures timely appointments and personal service. I will stop looking for another salon as I have found what I was looking for. Some wanted regular manicures, some gel, one a cat eye gel... some pedicures and some both! Our entire party was taken care of so efficiently and we all had a great time! And let me tell you we were an unorganized group! The nail arts in a lovely white room with crystal chandeliers and great music vibe. Lots of nail variety! My nail tech Helen was attentive and careful with my sore feet! Everything was wonderful, from the cold beverage to the massage chair, and the scented whirlpool foot soak was heaven! And also the one male is a bit rough and rude if you don't relax your hand. Overall I'm done giving them my money for a crappy manicure that chips in less than 4 days. Very unprofessional. Last time I had to ask for them to do an additional coat because the two they had applied was still see thru, the girl pretended to not speak English and yelled out. I also noticed a child often present in the salon, which made the space feel a bit hectic. It seemed like one of the staff recently moved to another salon as well.
