On top of that the nail tech was unsanitary once I took a break from her station. She utilized her fingers to continuously pick her nose, she didn't realize I saw and went to perform services on me. I rejected and refused for her to touch me and told her she needed to wash her hands. So let me start by saying this is my first time being in Louisiana & my first Louisiana nail shop. So with this being my first time in this area I did my research with the shops, & I assumed since this shop has good reviews that The finishing product will be good and that they would have a variety of skill. Unfortunately, when I came in with something that I thought was a simple design turned out she couldn't do it I showed three other designs she also could not do it so I just settle for a simple color that she can definitely can do. I ended up paying $47 and my fiancé ended up paying $57. Altogether that's $104. They're robbing people because they know the shops are just now open because of quarantine. Bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants a very unique design because none of them know how to do it. read more

Use to come here 3 years ago before I moved so when I came back wanted to come back since they were so good before! Now?! Omg the guy working on my nails was horrible. He doesn't know what he is doing. I was just wanting a simple manicure with gel polish and it was a half ass manicure and the girl next to him had to come do my polish because he didn't know how. This place is amazing! The cleanest and most professional nail salon in the Leesville / Fort Polk area. The owners are super nice and personable. Place wasn't too busy, everyone was attended to within 10 minutes of arriving. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure for $60 and it was a far better experience / job than I've had anywhere else here. This place came highly recommended to me by local women and I see why. They also just got brand new equipment / chairs for their pedicures. Will never go anywhere else while I'm here. Also this place is not by appointment only, I walked in and was seen as soon as i arrived. Might be a good idea to make an appointment during their busier times so you aren't kept waiting but they do accept walk-ins. read more

Experience varies. It all depends on who your nail technician is. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure that was poorly done. There was excess polish all over my toes and there was not enough polish on my nail, so it looked blotchy. Other times I've gotten great pedicures that have looked phenomenal. I came in for petite and dip nail. The pedicure was fine. But they did not do the traditional dip nail. I requested the dip again as she was drilling my nails she said yes....but continued to do an acrylic overlay. I let her continue since I was pressed for time. This place is garbage. The woman was rude and seemed put out by having to do her job. She took off shellac with the acrylic tool and didn't soak it off. She was in a hurry and my nails were bubbled and peeling a few hours after I left. I won't be back. read more

I will NEVER go back here. I was extremely happy the first few times but this last time was so awful I will never go back. I had my acrylics removed to get gel manicure. The lady who used the grinder on my nails was so busy talking on her phone that she broke 3 of my nails about half way up! She made me bleed twice and never said a word the entire time, just painted over them like it was nothing. When I went to pay my card kept getting declined (don't know why I had money in the account) she looked at me and said "you don't have any money". I asked her nicely to try it again and she did and same thing "Nope. You don't have any money". I used a different card for the same account and it went through. Point is when you have a customer don't tell them they don't have money, super rude. Day one of having my gel nails, 4 of them broke halfway up my nail through the polish where she had required my actual nail. My nails are sooooooo thin from her grinding them down too much. My nails are ruined and still sore and short. I will never go back here and unless you want jacked up nails, I'd avoid this place. read more

Came here for a pedicure and manicure although it was packed . Took over an hour and a half to start .. continued to take people although other customers were waiting for a while..without giving a realistic wait time. Timeliness is there biggest downfall. read more

Horrible nail salon. I decided to come to this nail salon since it was closest to my location. It was very easy to get attended since I arrived right when they opened. I needed to get my gel polish off of my original nails, I asked them if they knew how to take off gel polish and they said that they do and use gel polish themselves. Previously nail salons would use the wrap method in order to take it off. This nail salon used a soak in method, where they would leave my nails in acetone for about 10 minutes. This method was inadequate, the gel polish would not come off and the lady just kept buffing and filing the too later of my nail to take off the polish. I asked her to stop due to how damaging that can be to your natural nails, she then gave up on trying to take the gel polish off and just walked away, leaving me to struggle to take off the polish. In about 5 minutes another lady came and attempted to help take off the polish, this lady was able to accomplish most of it off. Nonetheless, not all workers there are properly trained to do nail care and one should be wary when going into this salon. My nails now look weak and brittle and it is highly possible that it was due to the improper gel polish remover this place has. read more
