I just think that they should let people know when calling for appointments or walks in that they are going to be a few hours. They do take their time doing your nails. And they definitely should have it posted that they up charge for certain things. On top of that the nail tech was unsanitary once I took a break from her station. She utilized her fingers to continuously pick her nose, she didn't realize I saw and went to perform services on me.
