They used to get the glasses done in a few days and we would pick it up before we leave LA. Now, it takes maybe a week for them to complete. Therefore, we got the completed glasses shipped to our house. I'm okay with waiting if it comes out correctly. My mom got two lenses put into two different frames. She kept complaining that they made her dizzy and couldn't wear them. We recently went to Korea and got the lenses replaced. We found out the prescription was not only incorrect ,but the focal point for her eyes were at the upper part of the frame (not where her eyes are). The new lenses from Korea are great! I also went there recently (before our trip to Korea) for new lenses and ended up just walking out. Service has gone down, craftsmanship has gone down and prices went up. I don't recommend anyone get their glasses done here and waste your money.
