If I could give zero stars, I would. CVS Pharmacy is completely out of control…read more The lines are absolutely ridiculous--wrapped through the store, packed shoulder to shoulder, and barely moving. There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. Do better.

North Hills, California…read more Halloween just passed and Walgreens have a good sale going on with the chocolates. Unfortunately, not all the stores have them like this one. They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. The employee greets you upon entering the store which is great. Parking is plenty that is shared with other businesses. Location is a little bit on the down side area. Holiday decors are on display.

Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It stressed me out just going over to pick up one item from here.

Didn't know my doctors was a Walgreen pharmacist tech. This Walgreen is a joke. Always issues with them.

My doctor sent my prescription a month in advance. I called the pharmacy the night before and even went in person to ask if it could be filled so I could pick it up first thing the next morning. I was told they had the medication in stock and that I just needed to come back in the morning. Instead, I called again in the morning and my prescription still wasn't ready. It wasn't available until around 6:00 PM. By then, it was far too late for me to take a 50 mg dose of Vyvanse. Because I had gone the entire day without my medication, I was so scattered that I forgot my wallet at home and couldn't even complete the pickup. What makes this even more frustrating is that this delay was completely avoidable. The medication was already in stock, and my prescription had been sitting there for weeks. There was no reason it couldn't have been prepared ahead of time after I called twice and even came into the pharmacy the day before. The pharmacist working on Monday, July 13, was also unfriendly and came across as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking about my prescription. Patients shouldn't feel like they're bothering pharmacy employees for expecting medically necessary prescriptions to be filled when promised. I've been getting this same medication for years, and I've never had this experience at the CVS on Sepulveda and National in West Los Angeles. That staff was consistently professional, kind, and had my medication ready on time. The difference in customer service is night and day. ADHD medications are not something people take casually. Timing matters. Delaying a high-dose stimulant until the evening can mean an entire day of work, school, driving, and basic functioning is lost. I hope the district manager or corporate office seriously looks into what happened because this level of service is unacceptable. If staff are overwhelmed, that needs to be addressed. Patients should not have to suffer because a prescription that could have been prepared in minutes was repeatedly delayed despite multiple calls and advance notice.UNACCEPTABLE
