As this was full replacement and a very big expense, I needed to get it financed. I did talk to multiple contractors to get my estimates and had I been able to get financing to use him I would have chosen his company. Unfortunately, I was not and had to use another company. The financing its clearly not his decision and it is the only reason I needed to use another company. I highly recommend Rynell and Funches AC, Heating & Electrical and will plan to use them for other issues I might have in the future that do not require the financial costs of this install!

RIPOFF ALERT: This company is looking to take advantage of their craft. Ciro, their "lead…read moretechnician" came out to my family's home to assess our A/C system and provide an estimate. After waiting a day from their initial assessment to "review cost of parts", they returned to our residence and quoted us a whopping $3,273.00 for the work. When I asked questions such as which parts needed to be repaired or what was the cost breakdown of parts/labor, Ciro could not provide an adequate response, became offended and told me I "crossed the line". Wow, really? The number $3,273 seems really precise but he could not tell me how he reached it. Bottom line is they saw my family in a dire situation but assumed we were not intelligent enough to ask the proper questions to understand the repair. But there is good news. We had a second company come out: Premiere Air Conditioning & Heating. They assessed the situation and even shared the part number that needed to be replaced. I tried to find the part at a better price and could not (because they have good suppliers and were not trying to up charge for the part). They were able to provide a cost breakdown between parts and labor for the job. We paid less than 1/3 (~$1000) for the job instead of $3,273. A majority of that cost was the parts. Believe me when I say, stay away from Trinity Home Services. They are looking to take advantage of you. If you honestly feel that you are not trying to take advantage of clients than you should increase transparency. You should be able to provide a very basic breakdown of the "long term" work you are performing on behalf of your customer. You state you choose not to perform band-aid fixes but STILL have not sent me a summary of the issues you discovered that led you to your estimate. I did pay the inspection fee, at least I deserve that? The best answer I received from our discussion on the work you were performing was "we are taking this journey together". This leaves me with the impression that you are not confident in what needs to be repaired and are quoting steep to make it worth your while. Not the way to do business in my honest opinion. The conversation definitely felt one way and reminds me of other rip off conversations I have had with unscrupulous business men in the past.

So we had another guy come out and turns out the owner Ciro loosened a part that was making it cutoff. So to be sure Ciro left his expensive light at our home and I told him what the other guy told us and needless to say he never showed back up or picked up his light. I WOULD STAY FREE AND CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY AND MOSTLY THE OWNER CIRO!
