Additionally, the individuals sent will, while still on the clock, spend time googling how to complete work that they confirmed they could complete and then sit around chatting with each other about things unrelated to the work that needs to be completed. The workers also left holes in my walls, left patched drywall that unpainted, and performed work that needed to be repaired again a few days after they left. Also, don't attempt to call them to discuss the issue. They are rude, unhelpful people who take pride in their horrible customer service and support they provide. When you call to complain about the unethical time charging practices and the fact that you are paying for work that's not being done, they will tell you that nothing can be done to remedy the issue and accuse you of looking for them to come complete work for free. Find an actually reputable company to work with instead of wasting your time with these people. They are clearly out to milk as much money from you as possible and then make no attempt to rectify any issues you may have following the "completion" of their work.
