Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I never questioned their work quality, but if this is how they handle a customer asking basic questions before signing, I can only imagine how they'd handle an issue after installation. Chose to go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend if you expect basic professional courtesy.

Two weeks later I get another email, "Sorry, you are out of our service area." Funny thing is, they are currently here building a barndominium for another customer. Now, I know I am at the edge of their service area and they have the right to turn down a job but be honest and show the customer some respect. Saying, "After building in your area we discovered it stretches our resources too thin." I would understand and respect. But saying we don't build in your area when there is a video of Josh at a build site in my town... very disrespectful.
