They were knowledgeable, professional, and made safety a top priority while still making sure everyone had an amazing time. They never rushed us, checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and even let me arrive early to decorate and set up before the party. It's also a bonus we can bring in any food/drinks/decorations and stay as long as we like! I was especially impressed with how they handled the weather. We had high wind warnings that day, and I was worried the party would be canceled. The staff reassured me that they know the area well and that their location is protected from the wind. They were absolutely right--the wind died down, and the weather ended up being perfect! The fields are huge, and the picnic areas have plenty of tables, shade, and space for larger groups. We had more than enough room for our party, and everyone was comfortable. My son had the best birthday, and I couldn't be happier that we chose Combat Paintball Zone. The employees are always ready to greet me every single time we've walked in. They ask us what we are browsing for and point us in the direction we need to go. We needed to buy cleats for my son who plays flag football. The employee helped us find his size and made sure it was the right fit. We also needed a mouth guard and he gave us his recommendation on what brand to get. They sell pretty much everything and anything pertaining to physical activity. We've browsed around the store and found a few unique things that you wouldn't be able to find at Walmart. If you sign up for their emails, they send coupons all the time. Figured with all the advertising maybe the deals were going to be good. That was completely wrong. Store front advertises everything 50% off. Then I go to see the shoes, understandably a very small selection so instead of getting 40 odd dollar FILAs for 30 something I chose a more comfortable better quality competitor product for about 40 at about a 60% discount elsewhere. Then to color coordinate I chose a Gamma Voltage paddle which with the store closing discount was going to be about 40 something so instead I ended up buying the same paddle at a place that rhymes with Rick's for $32 dollars. They're store was pretty stocked on items that were sparse during the pandemic. There's lots of clothing in a variety of sizes, fun sports items like ping pong and frisbee, kayaks, baseball items, dumbbells/weights, yoga/exercise, they actually had gun ammo and a selection of guns, etc. I did not inquire about fishing as someone mentioned in a different review, however, many stores were thrown for a loop when the pandemic hit. They do require masks as of March 2021, however, it is a business owner's right to require (such as no shoes no shirt no service). It is also a corporation rather than a mom and pop, so higher chances of requiring masks. I have been here several times, and they have always had what I needed for my sporting needs. As far as customer service, 3 different employees asked if I needed help /assistance and were polite. I will return.

I realized I only needed 3, so I immediately went back to the store with my receipt to return the extra one. That's when I was told they have a no-return policy, which was never mentioned at checkout. Refusing a same-day return with a receipt for an unused item is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer service. If they're going to enforce such a strict policy, customers should be clearly warned before paying. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.
