Stopped here to have some fun with my team at work, and everyone loved it. The booking process was extremely easy and smooth. The go-karts were well maintained. I went to K1 Speed with a group of about 20 people for some team-building. I was the first to arrive, and the manager helped me register. He was very kind and made sure everything was in order before the rest of the group showed up. Once everyone was there, the staff did a great job explaining the process and getting us logged in for our races. The equipment worked well, the cars ran smoothly, and the track had space for pictures and memories. It was competitive but fun, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff is always friendly and they have a good selection of arcade games to keep you busy if you have to wait for your turn to get on the track. Highly recommend Tuesdays, buy two races get one free. They offer head socks to wear under the helmets, which was a nice touch. Races are 12 laps each and you're competing against your own time. The track is fun and brightly lit. Spectators have easy access to watch and take pictures. Staff were friendly and proactive with racers being problematic, which was appreciated. I recommend giving them a try, we were in town visiting and are glad we stopped in. read more

First time ever doing this and this was a great first time. Very fun with the exception of drivers who intentionally try to bump or spin you off but the team there makes the best to help avoid that. Totally understand it's it is hard to control that. Btw before anyone thinks it's cause it was mi first time I was averaging 28 second laps so that wasn't the case. The staff was very very friendly, and the facility was clean. However, sadly the track staff let three teenagers (they seemed to know?) absolutely smash into everyone else on the track for all three races. $400 later, we all left sour and banged up. Several in our party including myself were t-boned at full speed by these kids, which cracked my neck sideways violently! Now I'm just waiting to see how this injury sets in. I've been karting before at other K1s, but this goes beyond the inherent risks of karting because of the complete disregard for their own safety rules. I hope the ownership sees this and will do something to protect their patrons. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest avoiding if you aren't going to rent the whole track out. Very fun but ended ugly. My family and I went last Saturday and were racing about 6-7 laps in. I was bumped by another racer and my leg flew out of the car (I am 6'4 and 250 pounds). I needed my leg bent at 150 degrees to push the brakes or gas. When my leg flew out of the car it hit the wall and then was impacted by the car. I was taken to Vanderbilt university by ambulance and it was determined I had a dislocated knee and a torn mcl. The acl and PCL were stretched but ok. I had surgery Sunday night to repair the mcl. This was by far the most painful experience I've ever had. The part that upsets me the most is no one has contacted me to see if I was ok. They took an accident report with all my info and no contact. I have however received numerous advertisements from them. Dead silence. read more

Visiting with 4 teens. The place is dead and we've waited almost 2 hours for our first race. There is no way to tell what order your race will happen without asking the front desk. We kept getting different answers. The fellas in charge of getting the people into cars seemed to know what they were doing, however most of the staff that was public facing were kinda rude. There's not a whole lot to do while you wait, so if you have restless kids, be prepared to entertain or pay for arcade games. Also, pricing is kinda misleading so look into before coming. Terrible management! Spent an hr waiting beyond our reservation time only to be told more people were added before us and we need to wait another hr. I was trying to figure out what to do on a Sat night and decided to try out racing. Woah!!!!! This was an absolute adrenaline rush and perfect for any racing fanatic! This is a great fun place for both adults and youth. There's an arcade area, a VR area and 2 race tracks (Adult or Junior for under 58") that has just recently opened since Jan 2023. The Omni VR games are $18 or $28 for 2 games (it can also be shared by 2ppl) There are about 8-10 different types of games like Paranormal, Zombies, Pirates etc.... As for the racing portion, everyone has to sign up for the $7.95 annual membership which includes a head covering (for the helmet) and you can choose a single race for $25.95 or purchase multi session packages ie the $800 package gives 1 race weekly and you'll be able to race at any K1 Speed racetrack. An important point to note is that there will be a much longer wait during evenings and especially on weekends so book early! read more

First time visiting this establishment. Not first time go karting. Bought two races. Said they'd call us for the second one. Call never came. We had to ask about the second race and turns out they didn't add our driver. In the height of cold and flu season, I can't believe the helmets are not sanitized in between racers. Seriously, a quick spray of Lysol is all it takes. All of the other places we've raced cleaned the helmets. A very thin gaiter is included with all purchases. You are forced to buy a license. Just a way for them to make extra money. It serves no purpose. One driver in our race was much slower than all the others. Yet we all started and stopped at the same time. The other driver was me getting looped. There is no way I looped the track as many times as the other drivers, hence I got cheated out of some of my laps. Fun concept. Kids enjoy. I wouldn't return for health reasons. Fully expect for all of us to get sick read more

Came here as a first timer for k1 gokarting from out of state, bought 2 races & got 1 free which was cool! The first race was alright, despite one of the carts in our group malfunctioning throughout the whole race (without redemption/issue solved) The main issue we had was the last two races, where it was our party + 1 other guy who kept ramming into us, T-boning &/or wiping us out. He crashed into me so hard he actually bruised my ribs/side, as well as broke the plastic visor OFF my helmet, only to later find out he was an employee, with a faster speed level allowed to race with us. No mention of it, no courtesy/cart etiquette, no nothing. Even just an apology or something would've been nice but he joined the next group of racers & did THE SAME thing to them! The other employees acknowledged it, giving him arms up- gesturing a, "what the heck dude!" Will not be coming back. read more

We had a great time on the track in the go carts! The atmosphere was fun! Only complaint we had was how rude one of the workers were. Cooper boy seemed to have a major attitude for no absolute reason. He was extremely rude and we watched how disrespectful he was to everyone that came through there. Third K1 speed I have visited. My dad and I went on a Saturday night. The place was packed, but we were still able to get in with in 30 minutes. Biggest K1 speed I have visited. Nice to have two tracks and not have to wait for double the time because of the kid races. Racing experience and track were great. Staff were supper nice. Well we drove 2 hours to get here. Sign on the door, said closed party till 3:30pm. So we got some food. Came back and there were a handful of people. We signed in. They said it would be a hour. Sucked but ok. So it's been a hour and a half. We have not had any races yet. But we have seen everyone gos at least twice. I went up to ask when we would be and they said there was 3 more races before us. It would be another 25 min. I was like I know they told us a hour. And we are waiting I'm just not understanding how we couldn't have gone between any of those races. So far I will not be returning here again. I'll go to the track in Atlanta next time!!!!! This track looks so small also. I'm really disappointed. Really there is no reason why a set of people get a race. And then get a second race before others have had there first race. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This was soo much fun! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and fun! We got there an hour before they closed (wrapped up and left 5 minutes before closing) and never felt rushed by the staff to leave. Highly recommend for any age if you need something fun to do. People at the local office are ok when it comes to customer service and warned me how bad the party planning at corporate would be. Tried for 3 weeks to book a party of 15 racers and it was a complete disaster. The kid I dealt with failed to return emails in a timely manner or ever call. I had to personally call to try and get someone for help multiple times. When our event was finally here our time was not booked or reserved. I received an email from the kid and said "sorry I was out of office." I was given a time 6 hours after our requested time. The kid over the phone said "well maybe you should booked sooner", "maybe you should have planned better." It's unfortunate that the local K1 Speed has to suffer for such incompetence. We had budgeted thousands for this event that went elsewhere. Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere as the service level is very inconsistent. read more

Won't be returning to this place. They said I couldn't join in on my family members race because they didn't have "time". When they had 10-15 mins in a race cause a kart broke down. My sons and I visited this location last year. Under new management-K1. Main track is the same- new cars, higher prices and just silly wait times. Cars are nice-faster. I tried to come a second time today. Prior to coming by, I called to check wait times and was told 15 minutes. It's the middle of the weekday-not an evening and not a weekend. My son and I drove over-10 minutes away and now the wait times are over an hour. We can't wait that long and we're disappointed that we had to leave (plus K1 is out our money). Didn't used to be like this. As fun as these can be, the experience is more of a hassle. read more
