It's a very small venue with literally almost nothing in it. There's a random basketball hoop, a bounce house, and everything else is extremely sparse. For the price they charge, I expected so much more. It really does not feel worth the money at all. I will say, the girls in the front were very sweet, and it was actually really nice talking to them. Unfortunately, that was probably the only positive part of the experience. As for the rest of this place, seriously, save your money. There is barely anything there, and I personally wouldn't even feel comfortable calling it a safe place for kids. There don't seem to be cameras covering all of the exits, and the men's bathroom is literally right next to where all the children are playing, which could easily become an issue. However, when we asked for a paper agreement to hold the date, she said they "didn't usually do them." When we insisted that for a corporate event with lots of money on the line (our entire booth is supposed to be themed around the sloth), we needed at least SOME kind of agreement and deposit in place, she promised multiple times across two phone calls to send us something...but never did. Two different members of our team tried patiently to follow up with her for OVER THREE WEEKS via email, phone, and text message. We didn't even get the courtesy of a simple message back saying she couldn't do it, and frankly, it left us in a difficult position and created reputation risk for us with other vendors. I absolutely cannot recommend this mobile zoo if you need someone reliable for your event, and candidly, the lack of responsiveness we received is hard NOT to perceive as extremely rude. It's sad, too -- a member of our team apparently saw this zoo present at a different event and said it was good. But how would you even know they were going to show up? I see they have lots of good reviews, but they all seem to be old. I can only guess they must be missing whatever management they used to have. All around just a huge bummer.

Definitely a great experience It's my understanding, that these animals are all rescued.

This city gal was terrified when chickens came to eat out of my hand but we ended up having a great time 3. Do leave a tip if you can. Cheri adopts older animals that would otherwise be euthanized. It's expensive and she is doing it all on her own! 4. It's a small property ran by a retiree. She keeps the animals in pens during open hours otherwise they are free to roam. It is a bit run down in places but I'm certain the animals don't mind! 5. When you arrive enter on the left side of the farm if you are looking at it from the road. Google will direct you incorrectly to the right side of the property but since it's a small farm not such a big deal!

I brought it up to staff and they just shrugged it off and said kids take them and so they are probably all around the place in ball pits. (Again we came at opening). So that particular area doesnt really function as intended, because it has a drop down basket for the foam balls and cannons to shoot the balls from. Overall it is just looking more run down each time we have gone and by this point it seems like it wasn't accidental. It's a shame because I have fond memories going when my oldest was a baby and that's why I don't give it a lower rating.
