Like, literally Disney World spotless. There were a lot of happy dogs running around and we all know what a lot of dogs can do to the aroma of a house, but I couldn't even smell a bit of dogginess in the air. This place is cleaner than my own house with one single dog living in it. My pupper immediately seemed relaxed and at home, so much so I almost started crying from relief. I can't even express how impressed I am. The staff were cheerful and lovely, there were beds everywhere for the dogs to lie around in, plenty of water bowls and food bowls. It is the eptiome of luxury for canines. I took my little guy to another place that was cheaper for years and, although it wasn't bad, it didn't have the amenities this place has. He was indoors with no food or water all day, which I understand is to keep comminicable diseases at bay, but I felt bad for him. Here, there are sun decks, couches, a wonderful yard, food and water at their disposal, lots of staff to check on them, all for the doggies. He must think he died and went to dog heaven here. :-D I will be bringing him here from now on. Update after one week: my old pupper has dementia. It had gotten progressively worse over the past 16 months. He used to urinate and defecate in his crate every night, wake up barking at 2 am, wander restlessly throughout the house when I got home, would chomp on my hand to get attention, run away from me when I called him, and was like a wild animal. After one week of daycare here, he is much calmer and doesn't do these things anymore. I don't say this lightly, this place has been a miracle for me and him. I have no idea what has happened but I think not being locked up everyday (he has terrible anxiety when he's in an enclosed area and his last daycare used crates and cages), having people that love up on him, and having freedom to roam has made all the difference in the world. I am so grateful for this place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, everybody at Paradise.

If you call ahead checking on availability, pricing, etc The reception desk will inevitably think it's something else. Pricing is clearly labeled on screens above the reception desk. Overnights and daycare are intermingled on 2 screens. No cash, just credit cards, be there by noon or there's a surcharge. Snarky receptionist quipped "just like in a hotel". Highly recommended pet sitter!…read more We met Katie shortly after we had brought our Yorkie puppy, Chip, home. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. Super responsive, super responsible, and an indispensable part of having a pet!!

First off, I am very impressed with their digital tools from onboarding/booking through the communication with the customer during their service. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. A lot of people always talk about wanting to have more obedient dogs. This is the place to go.

They had previously been boarded at another…read morefacility but they were fully booked and Woof Tang, while quite a drive, was highly rated and had the cameras for their rooms that we love to have. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.
