Next day vet visit. Diagnosis was pinched nerve in neck, which caused back legs to go weak. Nursed back to health & two weeks later back to Woof. He developed kennel cough. Another vet visit. Was told he could not return for 10 days. Third & last time - upon pick up he was down in hips. Could barely walk. Itching & broke out on mouth & under legs. So sad. Vet treated again, & thank G, he's healthy now. After a year or more as client, I will not return. Such a drastic change. Employees attitudes have even been bad. No more pleasantries; one even turned me away because she failed to enter my appointment. I was paying $200 a month for playcare. On top of this, over $600 in vet bills in three month period. My dogs have been home while I research other facilities, & cannot be happier, or healthier!

I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs.
