She is great with the dogs and treats each one as special. It's $22 for a full day of daycare. Less for a half day. Their is a discount while boarded if you are boarding at the animal clinic on site. We always have him.go to daycare when boarded. It's like a vacation for him too. Our dog always gets super excited when we are a block or two away. He knows exactly where he is going and looks forward to it. When we get him home peace and quiet after a full day of playing. I highly recommend.

Once my dog ran away and I called to leave my info with them in case someone brought him in. They were so kind and took everything down. Someone did bring him there 7hrs after I called them. They cut burs out of his fur and looked him over. Never charged us anything and called us right away to ask if they can cut his hair and let us know he was safe. Forever thankful.

The vet ran the tests and still had no answers about what was wrong. When I went to pay, I was blindsided by a bill that was over $200 more than what was discussed. I asked why and was told additional lab work had been done, without my knowledge or consent. I asked to speak with the vet, and he told me he "assumed" I would want the tests. He assumed wrong. He assumed I'd be okay with hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges. And then, even after I paid in full for the services I agreed to, the clinic sent the unauthorized balance to collections. And the worst part? My dog died three days later. After all that testing--and all that money--they still couldn't give me any answers or guidance. This clinic failed my dog. They failed me. They took advantage of my trust, ignored consent, and added insult to injury by trying to damage my credit over charges I never approved. I will never return here, and I urge others to think twice before trusting this place with your pet's life.

He is not available every day but on the days he is here and available for appointments, we have always had great customer service and our dog has gotten excellent care. They offer many services from normal checkups to teeth cleaning, and also have a wide variety of medication available. They really didn't have any openings but they got us in. The staff here is extremely kind and professional and I'm grateful for their compassion.
