Get out it's dirty than I noticed the top rail rubber was lifted, and there are scratches on it! a small one on the front bumper and two small ones on the passenger door driver side. Where the rubber was up on the top, I could see it was down to metal. Small but down to metal. I'm totally upset , the guy said it was probably there that it was so dirty that I didn't notice. He took pictures Itold him that I had just washed it by hand and that wasn't there. They want me to go back and show the manager, the car so I washed it by hand again and the top is scratched all the way down to the metal. Caution, beware. I've only been to the doctors office,the grocery store in this car. I know this happened at this car wash caution be careful. read more

Just an okay car wash. The location on Tualatin Sherwood is better and the service friendlier. The person taking my card was very rude. If it was a one off occurrence I wouldn't complain, but this is the second time I've gone to this location and had a rude attendant. read more

For a quick wash and free vacuum, it's ok it is the on,y car wash I've gone through that when I come out, the car is soaking wet and I have to dry the entire car, including the roof which is hard to reach. They evidently don't use a strong vacuum at the end as this doesn't happen at other Kaddy Car Wash I've been to or Washman. Took me a good 10 minutes to get car dry. Vacuum is on fast timer but just hit the button again. The suction is good. read more

Was having car washed on Lower Boones Ferry until continuous wash was never getting car clean. I am older & new to this area and last time I went I decided to see if they could compensate this last wash. Nothing no discount or allowing a reward and young man was not friendly or pleasant when talking to me. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

Most of the time I'm happy with the quality of the wash. Most of the people who work there long term are pleasant. One lady is a complete raging b****. I have a new car that's surprisingly difficult to get into N. It takes a couple tries. I'll get it figured out. Don't yell at me. Don't power trip. The guy directed me, in my brand new Tesla, onto the conveyor wrong. It sounded like my tire rims were being scratched up, but I finally got in correctly. Once I exited, I examined the rims, no scratches, but when I got home to dry my Windows property, I found several large scratches on my hood. Highly do not recommend this place. read more

I paid for a car wash so that I could vacuum my car before going to the airport to pick up my son. While I was in the car wash, all vacuums were blocked by cones and turned off. I always pay for a wash even though I usually only need vacuuming, especially with the rain in Oregon. Very disappointing. read more

The guy working at the front was very nice and honest. I paid for the $10 wash and I do not expect a drive through car wash to get everything perfect, but I do expect it to at least not leave dirt smudges everywhere. My car was hardly cleaned at all. The "free" vacuuming was nice to include, but it does have a quick time limit. Would probably not go back. read more

Not sure why people are leaving anything less than 5 stars. Free vacuums with a wash, very professional workers. I'm sure it missed a spot or two, but it's an automatic wash. If you want it spotless, use elbow grease. Purchased the $39.99/month unlimited pass, as I intend to be here for an extended period for work. Do not go to this location. People are completely rude. I had been waiting my turn in line to get helped. But since I came in through the side I was told to leave and go to the back of the line even though I had let everyone that would've been in front of me go. So I waited for there for absolutely no reason. Complete bullshit. The guy was rude on top of everything. Oh and side note, if you try to talk to the manager about the issue, he's equally as rude. He showed no interest and took an attitude with me. He even spoke over me while I was explaining the situation. He even tried telling me that I'm the one that didn't handle the situation correctly. I have never written a bad review of any businesses, even when I'm not wholly satisfied with the services received because I am, by nature, a very tolerant, soft-spoken, and forgiving individual. However, in this case I feel it is incumbent upon me to make an exception. I just had my car washed at about 8:00 pm on May 13th, 2024 at this Boones Ferry, Lake Oswego location and the fellow directing me into the car wash was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered with the exception of criminals who have attacked me on the street. He was screaming at the top of his lungs like a raving Nazi lunatic. I think he must have been psychotic. I don't know if there are laws prohibiting this kind of behavior but, at very least he should be sternly reprimanded by his boss and summarily dismissed from his job, if not charged with a crime. It is baffling to me that Kaady Car Wash would hire such an individual. If I were running this place, I would have no qualms about firing him on the spot for treating customers the way he treated me. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the vacuuming pumps were shut down even though there were several paying customers (myself included) who wished to use them. I paid for the full service and only received half of it. Suffice it to say, I will never use this so-called service again--ever. This Kaady Car Wash has lost one of its regular paying customers. I've been going to this car wash for years, but on Monday when I went through, I heard a loud crack within the first few seconds. Upon exiting the car wash, I parked and got out of my car and discovered a large, backwards L-shaped crack in my windshield. I immediately went to find an employee to notify them of what happened, and they took down my information, took photos of the windshield, and told me customer service would be in contact with me in the next 72 hours. The next day I got a call and was told that because the damage happened on a windshield, they were not held liable to cover it. I was told "there was probably a rock chip that stemmed from this crack, or that the extreme changes in temperature could have caused the crack" even though I explained that the windshield was new as of October 2020 and that I heard a loud crack when I was going through the car wash (so something had to have hit the windshield). I even had him look at the damage in person the next day to see if that would change his mind, and it didn't. I was left with "sorry, but this isn't our problem" and the best he could offer me for compensation was a few free car washes. I will not be returning to this car wash and am extremely disappointed at the company's response to the incident. Being taken care of as a customer when things go wrong isn't an unrealistic expectation to have, and Kaady Car Wash absolutely failed in that department. read more

I have been going to this car wash for years since it is convenient to my location Yes the service is up and down but at least the car got clean. After getting my new Ram truck washed several times, I kept noticing that the grill never got clean. I went online and emailed the management to let them know about the issue. My expectation was they would thank me for the input and maybe research the issue (maybe something needed adjustment?). I was never looking for a refund or accommodation. I got a response that made it seem like I needed to meet management there to discuss. I just gave the info I would like if it were my business. The response to my email "corrected me" on my mistaken information. I thanked the gentleman for correcting me and decided to not return. I started using another car wash near my work and that was that. Yesterday I was desperate for a wash (I have a company vehicle that has a cleanliness standard and get a wash every couple of days). Won't be back. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I can recall. The employee guiding the cars in was initially unclear with his communications and became quite frustrated with me. With my children in the car he asked me to roll down my window to express his frustration. This is a serious management issue. First, if one can't hold it together, they shouldn't interact with customers. If guiding cars in is so demanding that they lose their cool, they should either have more breaks or find a new line of work. $8 for an advanced wash and a horrible experience. No thanks Kaady. Time to hire some new staff or give them better management! read more

The car wash is quick, but gets the car clean. I always get the basic wash (can't remember what it's called, but it's the cheaper of the two), and it does the job. I usually wait until my SUV is covered, no caked, in dirt and once through pretty much gets it shiny and clean. They also have a pretty good deal where you buy five or so washes at a discounted price. Free vacuums with a wash is really nice, and the vacuums are decent. This location has quite a few, adjacent to the car wash and four or so on the way out. Not sure if the price went up everywhere though or just this one, but it's $8 for the basic one, compared to $7 when I went a fee weeks ago. I like the convenience, but don't really like the increasing price tag. read more

Who rates car washes? I do, when they give good service and great customer care follow-up. After a small piece fell off the bumper of my car in the wash, they were gracious about looking for it later in the day in the wash. When it was not found, they told me to contact customer service, which I did. They covered the cost of the replacement piece and provided me exemplary care and service. This place is very overpriced. $10 is fine for a carwash if it actually cleans and has good vaccums, but this wash did not clean, nor did any of the 4-5 vacuums (that I tried) work. They were barely strong enough to suck up a crumb! unbelievable. My car was not that dirty before it went through the wash (I just needed a touchup) and upon exiting, it had dirt in every corner! It's a car wash for the lazy. I'm into that. I was spoiled by my previous car wash in Eugene that hand dried my car when done but this is pretty good otherwise. The folks that work there are always polite and professional. They offer to take off my antenna and have put it back on when I'm out of the car wash. Best car wash in town. The employees go out if their way to help people understand how to get the car clean and if you need extra help. They will have you fill out a report and you can get professional help for free. They help you understand what can come off even if the carwash won't get it off. I love these people! read more

I've been going to the Lake Oswego Boone's Kaddy Car Wash since it opened. I'm sitting outside it right now in fact. Had some bird stuff on the hood of the car and ran the car thru once, no one washed or pre washed the hood to assure the bird poo would be removed, the car wash did not remove it. (Paid for a premium wash by the way). Ran thru a second time and again, no effort was made and I quote" the wash should take it off", well, it DIDN'T!! I tried a 3rd time to get a clean car and was told that I could not go through a 3rd time. I have cancer and am going through radiation and chemotherapy and cannot wash myself or I would've taken care of it. The customer service and quality of this Kaddy has diminished to an unacceptable level. You pay to get your car clean, not sort of clean. Today's workers and businesses no longer take pride in their work or product, it's a shame to see another business go that route. read more

This used to be my go-to car wash. They've recently "upgraded" and no longer spray your car before sending it through and they've taken out all the bells and whistles that told you that you were really getting the Premium wash. It doesn't take the bird poop off my car anymore (even when I spray it with water so it will be soft prior to washing the car) and it leaves the back end dirty. My license plate never comes clean. They say you can go through a second time if you don't think your vehicle came clean enough the first time, but on my way to work in the mornings I don't have time for that. I liked it better before the "improvements" when it actually got my car clean. I'm really disappointed. read more

They insist on putting cars bumper to bumper to go through the wash. I tried to create some space between me and the car ahead and was yelled at to move up. I called corporate and spoke to a guy named Jim. He said that they need to stuff us in to maximize sales. I said other car wash companies don't do that and he said then maybe I should go there instead. Unbelievable. So guess what, I will go somewhere else! I assume he speaks for the entire Kaady company, we don't care about your comfort, we care far more about saving 5 seconds per car. I would assume Jim has an entirely different set of standards when he is a customer. read more

My wife and I have spent hundreds of dollars at this car wash over the years. I recently took my new car through. I believe it was their first wash of the day. After pulling into the vacuum spot I realized the wash caused quite a bit of damage to my car. Two paint chips and several large scratches. I had to make an appointment to meet with the manager for him to look at the damage. As expected, he took zero responsibility for the damage. I am very meticulous about my cars and I'm 100% certain the car wash caused the damage. It didn't have a single scratch on it before the wash. My $10 car wash caused hundreds in damage. I drive an Infiniti G35 which has some contour lines on the hood but nothing super fancy. Took it in pretty dirty and paid for the top $10 car wash. Came out with dirt still on the hood near the contour lines and on the wheels. Told them before hand that those places don't clean super easy and they told me they'd spray them... Extremely disappointed. I have come to this car wash on several occasions, but always feel like they put the cars too close together on the track. When I get to the end, I always panic because it feels like the car behind me is going to hit me. Because if this, I always drive off the track before the car finishes drying. The last couple of times, I have asked the attendant to please leave a little extra space between my car and the next one. They have said they would, but then they don't. After it happened again on Sunday, I finally sent an email to their customer service. The reply I got was that I could come in and watch a video to see how close the cars are, or come on a cloudy day when there aren't any people. Obviously they don't care about their customers. It would not be difficult to wait 30 seconds before putting the next car on. I don't want to come in and watch a video! I just want to be treated courteously.... like my business matters to them. It obviously doesn't, so I am taking my business elsewhere, and I hope you do too! read more

Been coming here for years because the vacuums are free and the wash does an alright job. I was in Portland and I guess the crows decided my car was their target for the day. One of the employees was a real prick about letting me get a rewash. Seems like the only good workers there are the fat guy and the really tall guy, everyone else doesn't even try and pretend they care. We were in town for a wedding and had a little time, so we decided to get the car washed. This location had two choices of washes, a $7 and $10 choice. The attendant was friendly when we approached and explained the two options. This is an automatic car wash and it did a fairly nice job. They also have vacuums available for free. Since no one else was waiting, we were able to spend a little extra time getting the whole car clean. Nice value for the money. read more
