No problems, cheerful and polite staff. I haven't been to any car wash in a LONG time, but this one quickly got the car clean. I can't speak to anyone else's experience, but I have a feeling that people are more motivated to review when something goes wrong. So I feel it's worthwhile to say that nothing went wrong. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

They undid our antenna off the pick up so it wouldn't get ruined but they didn't put back on after the the car wash. We did not have a wrench to tighten it. We had to do it by hand. read more

Thursday July 11, 2024 I used this car wash. They sent us through one right behind the other with little space between the cars. Near the end, two cars ahead of me hit his breaks causing a 3 car change reaction. The attendant said " sorry it's on you and your insurance". Isn't there protocol to properly space cars incase of something like this, or sensors to stop the cars? read more

I've been going for many years to have my car washed. I was going to buy a card of 5 washes to give as gift bit they nolonger sell these you can only buy individual Wash. Also they didnt offer the wipes for inside. When I asked the guy where you enter he said I had to get them back where I paid. So consequently I didn't get any. Poor, poor service. That will be my last time at Kaddy. read more

Our go to car wash place. I have been patronizing Kaady for 20 years. Kaady seems to be adding more features to their car washing machine over the years. I have noticed improvements in the machine's car washing performance. Prices are creeping up slowly commensurate with inflation and improvements. I've used this car wash on multiple vehicles for over 10 years. I have a new BMW and have noticed some fairly severe scratches on the top of the trunk after going through the LO wash recently. Kaddy employs a person to basically head off claims and I asked him to show me the video, which he did. It clearly showed that the swipe of the wrap around cleaners brushed in the direction of the scratches on my car - then he looked me in the eye and said that was impossible. He wouldn't let me have a copy of the video and refused to offer me any kind of compensation. I could have filed a 20.080 and compelled Kaady to provide the video evidence had we gone to trial - but it just wasn't worth my time. We still take our older Subaru through the LO Kaady wash as we don't care about scratches on that car as much. The line staff that actually work the operation are friendly. They offer free vacuums - which is great. Here is my advice. I wouldn't take a car through this place if you care about your clear-coat or if the paint color is such that scratches will show up (darker colors). If you do decide to use this wash, I'd very strongly recommend you have a nice coat of wax already applied to the paint to reduce the damage. Also, if you have any obvious small tree debris, whirlygigs from maple trees and so forth, I'd make sure to rinse those off with a hose prior to going through this wash. They used to manually pre-rinse - the automatic pre-rinse mechanism they use now might miss debris that will scratch your car. read more

I've had good results at another Kaady car wash in a different location in the past. But this past Saturday after visiting the library, I went to this location for the first time. They rushed me through the entire process...I even got a sprinkle of water on my face as they started spraying the car before my window rolled up. If I'd pressed the window button a second later, I would have been soaked! When I got home, I realized they hadn't even managed to get the bird poop off. That was the whole point of my going to the car wash! read more

I used to go to this car wash regularly. I haven't been there in a while but my car was dirty and I was passing right by so I stopped in. They no longer do ANY pre washing or scrubbing of the cars. My car was still dirty on the front and back so I went back through again and it was STILL dirty on the front and the back. I am so angry that I came out with a car that is still dirty and the way they place each car so close to the next one is unnerving. I understand that I won't hit the car in front of me but what is the harm in giving me a little more space for my own peace of mind? The manager was very nice but was unable to give me back my money. I give two stars because the manager and the young kid working there directing the cars in, were both very friendly and good workers. But your car wash is violent, it bent out my license plate and nearly ripped the trim from my roof. I will not be coming back and I am going to make sure I share this experience with my Lake Oswego clients so they don't have to waste their money to come out with a still dirty car. Great location, good wash and a fair price... plus awesome people. I have a Jaguar XJR and got my wash like I normally do. And sure enough the front emblem comes off in the wash. I have some decent miles on the car and the springs break, but I just didn't want to deal with it. Before I could say much of anything, they give me the emblem back, sign paperwork tell me to fix it and they will pay for it. Give me a free wash and a big smile. I leave feeling very happy that my car was damaged. (weird) Before I can even set up a time with my car guy, one of the managers says he has a kit, will drive to my office and fix it at no cost. And they did, immediately. Very pleased and impressed. A situation that could have been bad ended very good with zero effort on my part. Thank You! read more

After nearly 8 years of being a fan and very frequent customer of Kaady in Lake Oswego, we had an incident that resulted in pretty significant damage to one of our cars and that put to the test both our 'fanship' and Kaady's commitment to extraordinary customer service. It's a great story of empathetic, intelligent and responsive Customer Service that's all too rare in these days of online interfaces. Following the shift managers immediate, professional and empathetic response to the incident, which included all the appropriate reports and photos , we were advised that the baton would be passed to Eron S., a customer service specialist at corporate, who would be in touch with us straight away. Eron connected with us the same afternoon and, after offering apologies for the experience, proceeded to lay out the next steps necessary leading to a determination of the way forward. From there, they launched a thorough and timely investigation that included witness accounts of what transpired, the reports of staff on duty, photos and a video. At the end of it all, the investigation proved inconclusive - there was nothing that pointed to a clear and conclusive determination of fault either by the wash mechanism/operators or by my wife (who was the driver/customer). There were clues as to what MIGHT have contributed, but again, nothing conclusive, all of which left Eron and Kaady standing at the Crossroads of Doubt and the decision of which party to cast the benefit of it to. After consultation with senior management, Eron called to inform me that, in spite of the inconclusiveness, they'd agreed to take responsibility for the cost of repairs. He confirmed that he'd oversee the project with the body shop to ensure it was completed to our satisfaction and would be available at any time should further questions arise. I asked if an insurance company would be involved and whether they'd be in touch as well. Eron confirmed that they'd be covering the costs directly and that just he and the body shop manager (who was also extraordinary) would be 'on it' and there for us. He apologized again for the inconvenience and thanked us for our long patronage. The car 'came home' yesterday, and it was restored as good as new - we're very happy both with the outcome and with the extraordinary service we received along the way. Many thanks to Eron and the team at Kaady - you've further cemented our 'raving fanship' and we look forward to many more years of doing business with - and telling others about - you all. read more

When I came out of the car wash, the blue tape was in a ball and my rear wiper twisted and the blade tucked under the window. I showed this to the attendant at the car wash, he wrote up a report and within 2 hours I had a phone call from Arron at Kaady Car wash office. He ordered a new arm, met me this Saturday and installed it, all is well. What a great company and representatives, I will continue to use Kaady as MY car wash place. Just need to add two pieces of tape next time! =__) read more

As good as it gets for this price. Basic wash $8, wash and wax $10. Good location, good price, results better than expected for a drive through wash. Got off tree debris and tree sticky stuff. Our van is 3 years old and has the protective coating on the paint, but the sticky stuff was more than I could clean with wet paper towels. The car wash got all of it off. Very pleased. I have paid more at other drive through car washes and gotten less for my money. read more

The guys who work here are nice but this car wash will just get surface dust off. We wanted pollen removed from the side windows, like the car wash in Lake Grove does. But this one on N. State says they are not allowed to cross the tracks to the passenger side of the car so they couldn't spray that side. They let us go through twice but the mechanical sponges don't get into grooves. read more
