Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, it was not worth the wait. The food itself was underwhelming. The shawarma was not very good, and the portions were surprisingly small for the prices being charged. We expected much better quality and value. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, and I generally try to be understanding. However, with an almost empty dining room, the long wait, serving later-arriving customers first, poor communication, and disappointing food quality, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time.
