Honestly amazing place to eat at, the food is good every time I go and nothing is undercooked or the portions aren't skipped out on. I barely found out about this place earlier this year but I go almost every week, and the service is amazing as well. The lighting and seating arrangements are very good for various numbers of parties too, I brought my friends and there were many seats available. Destiny was a highlight of my time in the restaurant, she gave me amazing service and had a demeanor that everyone should use as an example of A+ service. I will definitely be looking forward to having Destiny serving me on my next visit, not only destiny but all of the staff are amazing people. This was our first visit to Luna Grill in a while and our first time at this location. As my wife and I were walking in, we noticed two employees outside, and one of them kindly opened the door for us, which was a great first impression. Ordering was quick and easy. The cashier was friendly and offered us water cups while we waited for our food. The wait wasn't long at all, and when we asked for extra sauces, the employee happily asked which ones we wanted, brought them over with a smile, thanked us for stopping by, and wished us a good evening. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and it's one of the main reasons we'll definitely be coming back. The food portions were very generous. I was a little worried that my pita wouldn't be filled enough, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was packed with meat, nearly the size of a burrito, and was both delicious and very filling. My wife really enjoyed her meat plate, and the portion was so generous that she even had leftovers. A lot of people were doing pick up orders like me. In between shopping I downloaded the app and headed over. It was a nice surprise to receive a discount of $5 to use within 30 days. Since it was my first time I went with the kids chicken meal. Something small before we ball. It comes with rice, 3 pita slices, Tazaki sauce, and 3 chicken pieces . I also added the garlic feta sauce for .99 and a chickpea salad side. The chicken pieces were cooked really well on the outside but chewy on the inside. I couldn't finish them. The rice didn't have any flavor. The chickpea salad didn't fill the cup and only had one piece of tomato and one piece of cucumber. I had to add my own tomato from home and sauce from what I was given.The flavor was lacking. Parking was free and easy in the lot. They have both indoor and outdoor dining available. read more

Great place if you're looking for healthy Mediterranean/american food options. This is a restaurant chain, so the atmosphere varies by location, but this one is usually quiet, relaxed, and has reasonable wait times. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling. I've tried their salmon, beef, chicken plates, rice, hummus, kids meal and everything has been so delicious. The loaded fries are also great and are large enough to share between two people. I love the rewards system they have cause I've used it several times, kids meal free from M-Th with the app. The only reason I didn't give this location five stars is because of the restroom cleanliness. A few time it hasn't been as clean as expected, with a wet floor dirty toilets and some odor, though this may vary by visit. It would be great to see more consistent upkeep, specially for us with kids. read more
