It was my first time visiting Luna Grill, and I was absolutely blown away! There were so many great options on the menu that it took us a minute to choose, but everything we ordered was incredibly tasty and delectable. We tried the chicken kebabs and a lemon kebab (an LTO, I think), and both were amazing. The harissa hummus, tzatziki, garlic sauce, and rice were all spot on. Everything was! Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. Noah and Erika helped my family and me feel so welcome. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. The place was kept immaculate, which is incredibly impressive considering they were handling a heavy influx of online orders at the same time. They are a total dream team. They have officially earned our repeat business, and we will be sharing the word with anyone who will listen! (Hopefully that includes you!) read more

Luna grill is such a gem! There aren't many places in the area that offer gyro in south Corona. It's one of the best proteins here. The Santorini bowl has become one of my favorites. For $13, you can get a bowl with rice, greens, and a few other items. They do allow you to substitute, so it's a good way to take out anything that you might not like. I would sub the olives for something else. Luna offers a pretty good selection of menu items, so if you are in the mood for a plate, wrap, fries, or salad, there is going to be something for you. The service here isn't too bad. It's a small spot compared to some of the other locations. You can expect the pace to fluctuate depending on staff and time. Mehhhhh I was very excited to hit this Luna Grill. I've been to other locations and they were wonderful. This location must be still learning how to make the food properly. My food was super lackluster. I normally love falafel and I strongly disliked the falafel here. It wasn't fried enough, or crunchy. Normally falafel is bigger balls, that have more crunch and flavor. These falafels were almost soft with no flavor going on at all. I was very confused about these. I ordered a salad with falafel and they gave me the salad without the falafel. I had to wait, just looking at my salad while everyone else ate their food. The falafel took 15 minutes to make. Not impressed. Aside from that, ambiance was clean and not too crowded. Honestly, the last few times. Have been pretty disappointing. I have no problem. Waiting for the food. If it's being made fresh. They ring me up in 15 minutes or less I get my entries. The last few times meat has been dry hard and the Rice is taste less and cold. Had a chance to try the new spot that just opened in Corona and it did not disappoint. So good, as always. This has easily become one of my favorite go-to lunch places. I always get the Santorini bowl with chicken because it has a little bit of everything and I love how balanced it is. My daughter and I love coming here, it's kind of our little bonding spot, so we were excited to finally have one closer to us. Noah took my order and was such a delight, super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Also... little win, I had the app and got $10 off, so my bowl came out to about $4. Lunch for $4? This has become one of our favorite places to eat. The food is delicious I always get a Santorini bowl with double chopped chicken and my wife usually goes for the Santorini bowl with the 3 pieces of chicken kabob; I totally recommend it. I would also recommend to get an order of the Citrus Herb Pita Chips, they're delicious! Besides the delicious food, the service we've received at Luna Grill has been phenomenal! I especially appreciate the service given by Noah, who always goes above and beyond. He always checks up on the customers and makes sure that they are satisfied with the food and that they've received their order correctly. We've been coming to Luna Grill locations for quite a few years, so we know what to expect. This one is very new and wow it is busy. Great choice of locations right off the freeway, and in an area that doesn't have many Mediterranean choices. The interior is light and bright, but small. The tables outside serve two of the restaurants next to one another, but it works when you are in California with great weather. We ordered on the app, and ate inside. Wifey ordered a Mediterranean bowl, because she wanted lettuce based. I got the chicken platter and wanted a rice base. Both tasted a selected and did the job. We tried Luna Grill for the first time and the food was delicious. The menu was easy to follow in order to build our own plate. The chicken was juicy and well grilled, our kids enjoyed both the chicken and gyro bowls. Definitely try their drinks like the strawberry hibiscus or the lemonade. The service was amazing, Noah was the person who helped us out and paid attention to everything. He kept coming by and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Pricey, Multiple wrong orders, long wait times, and now there kabobs don't come with veggies with the plate but still charging the premium amount. Like come on veggies aren't that expensive. Now they charge extra if you want a meat kabobs with veggies. If you're gonna charge a lot you can't afford to make the same mistakes that multiple people have already spoke about. This used to be are go to spot but for some reason when ordering the past few times they have been getting our order wrong. It becomes frustrating when you're waiting for a meal then realized they only made one or gave you the wrong sides etc. then have to wait a longer time to receive what ever was missing. On top of an already 30 plus minutes wait time. And at the same times this review is pointless because as I saw every bad review just gets the automated response: "We are sorry if your experience felt rushed or fell short of the high standards we aim to provide for every guest. Great food here! My husband and I stopped by on our roadtrip down to Temecula. I got the Santorini bowl and he got a chicken plate. The bowl had a great blend of flavors and items. The plate was good but it's more limited. They consider hummus a side so my hubbys plate was a bit bland of chicken, rice, and hummus. In my opinion, hummus should be a given on the plate and a veggie should be added. The flavors are great and the food is all very fresh. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I stopped by this location with my boyfriend after the gym since it was right next door and convenient. There wasn't a long wait to order, but unfortunately the service and food quality were really disappointing. My boyfriend ordered a pita wrap with fries, and I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. His food came out after about 15 minutes, which already felt a bit long but what was more frustrating was that my salad still hadn't arrived. I checked in with the staff, and they told me it was coming. By the time my boyfriend had completely finished his meal, I still hadn't received mine. It seemed like they forgot about my order and then rushed to put it together at the last minute. When it finally arrived, it felt thrown together with little care. To make matters worse, my boyfriend said his pita wrap and fries were cold when he got them. Overall, the service was slow and the food quality didn't meet expectations. Awesome Luna Grill had their GRAND OPENING today. If you download their app, the first 50 people receive a free bowl. Along with my free Santorini bowl, I also ordered the Gyro Meat plate $16.79. The cashier Maria S. was kind and patient as I didn't know what to order. Also Luna Grill Managers Connie & Devon were kind and made sure what I had ordered was all in my bag. Once I got home I tried some of the food and it was delicious with the exception of the couscous. I'm just not a fan of the couscous, but family liked it. Out of all the locations, this Luna Grill is by far the worst- and I actually was looking very forward to having this spot open so close! They messed up our orders a handful of times via Grubhub- and I called in about a month ago to let them know. The lady I spoke to said that she would give us two free meals to comp for the missing meals the previous time and to just show up and request that with her name. Well the following time we showed up, and guess what? They weren't going to honor what they said they would because it was a Grubhub order. Way to manipulate the customer. The whole team needs an overhaul. When the spot first opened the food was properly seasoned. Now it's all bland and you can tell the people putting the food together just doesn't care. We got a chance to hit up the pre-opening at the new Luna Grill in Bedford Marketplace! They don't officially open their doors to the public until this coming Tuesday, so definitely mark your calendars and check them out. Overall, the food was really fresh and hit the spot. I had the shrimp platter--the shrimp were excellent, and that creamy cilantro sauce is a must-try. It came with rice, pita, and hummus with fresh lemon, which made for a great, light meal. We also shared the classic falafel pita wrap and those loaded "Luna Fries" (the "Luna Way" fries on the menu--definitely worth it!). My seven-year-old had the Gyro kids meal with rice and pita, which was a perfect portion for him. To be totally honest, I wasn't a huge fan of the gyro meat myself. To me, it felt cut a little too thin and the flavor just wasn't quite there, but that could just be a personal preference thing since everything else was wonderful. Since it was their very first night, there were a few little order errors and hiccups, but honestly, those are just growing pains that'll get worked out. The staff was incredible--Lidia helped us out and she was so sweet. The whole crew gets 10/10 stars for their kindness and making us feel welcome. A few things to know before you go: Kids Eat Free: They have a deal Monday through Thursday (with an adult entrée), which is awesome for families. Loyalty Perks: Make sure to sign up for their "Club Luna" program to get points and discounts on your meals. Hours: They're open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. I was hopeful when I saw a 4.4 rating that the food would be good. You can see by the score I'm submitting it fell short on our dine in experience. First was service, the person at the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable but a little short and spoke quickly. Maybe it's been a long day for her which makes sense with the amount of business we saw come and go. It seems most of their business is for takeout which maybe is why our food took so long to come out. Not only did we have to wait a long time for our food, but the crispy pita chips we ordered with our meal came when I was almost done with my pizza sandwich. Asking one of the clerks for a drink lid, which they were out at the drink station, he apologize for not restocking, but then proceeded to ridicule me for wearing a Dodgers cap. Not the kind of dining experience I would be hoping for. Second on food quality, my wife's Santorini Salmon bowl was flavorful but came to us lukewarm. See picture below for the two small stones included free of charge. My Cali Pita sandwich was not especially flavorful maybe because the chicken pieces were a little dry and the pita bread was very hard. Lastly, on price, which was not bad except everything is extra. The picture of the Peter sandwich comes with fries on the side, but they charge you extra. Instead of the fries I ordered the crispy pita chips and they asked me what dipping sauce do I want with it? Which they charge me $.99 for! We used to enjoy Luna grill, but probably won't be coming back to this one. read more
