I really enjoyed this place. Ordered through Grubhub. First time I ordered, we were missing the Shawarma Chicken Sandwich. They ended up giving us some chicken tenders... their choice, not mine... just showed up this way. Food was good besides the chicken tenders which I didn't want. I ordered again a few days later, when receiving my food, I mentioned the mistake last time and the delivery lady felt strongly that they didnt do anything wrong and explained to me if they cannot provide what we ordered, they will give me a substitute.. Not sure in what world that works when ordering food. But oh well. I then noticed I got a 16oz sprite bottle and I thought I was getting a 2 liter. This was my mistake for not calling and asking... but the lady told me I selected this size, if I wanted the bigger size I should have selected it. Well here is a picture to show there is no size to pick from. Since the prices were very reasonable I thought a $2.50 bottle of sprite was a 2 liter. Again my mistake. I was even asked if I prefer the chicken, juicy or, well done, which I appreciate. The staff were wonderful and seemed very excited to serve me. I do not think anyone's review is valid if food was brought to them via doordash or uber eats. Too much can go wrong there that is not withing kabob houses hands. There's lots of ads for this place in the various brochures and pamphlets I found in my hotel here in Orlando. Hubby picked it and we figured it'd be fun to try kabobs for once since we always go with gyros. We came in and there were already a few tables full. It's a small place so even though only three tables had people in them (including ours), it still was pretty busy. While we waited for our food a few other customers came in and had some experiences that made us pause. One group of guys had come in to pick up because they had originally ordered delivery and after 30 minutes gave up and came to get it. They also had to return to make sure to get the delivery fee taken off. Another man came in after them and returned his food for a refund because he had asked for a specific thing to be made a specific way, according to him, and they hadn't done so. Whether it was true or not, hubby and I were a tad concerned and were sure to double check they had applied our coupon at the end of our order. The guy said he had, but he hadn't. We went back in to get it fixed and they didn't have enough change so we just took whatever. The poor cashier seemed pretty overwhelmed. Their menu prices are set up to reflect what it will cost if you use cash. If you pay with a credit card you will be charged more. They have a sign up by the register informing customers know of this but I can imagine it would upset someone since I didn't see it on the menu. We got the Kebab Mix Platter because hubby wanted to try kebabs and it was the best way to try all three. I am glad we did because I have learned I only really like chicken kebabs! Go figure. I came here because it was one of the only fast food type restaurants open in the area open till 2 a.m. And conveniently, it was right across from the Best Western I was staying at. The tables were wiped down, but clearly with a dirty towel; the bathroom absolutely filthy, and the floor all the same. But, our group was hungry and they offered service. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza ($10) and a meat platter. I always ask for the total, especially at places such as these that feel I may be scammed at any moment. I'm glad that I asked, because the total was $42. So, $30 for the 'platter'. After some discussion and choosing different meat items, the price had gone down to $17, but none of these prices were shown on the menu. Nothing was ever truly clarified on what I was getting for such a high price, but again, I was hungry. Also, all of us were exhausted from a tiring night out in Disney World. After discussion, discounts applied (a 20% discount offered through Yelp), and a 30 minute wait, our take out meals were ready. The pizza was doughy, but acceptable. The pita bread was the cheap stuff you find at the grocery store. The salad was actually very fresh and good. I love cucumber sauce with my kabob. In a middle eastern restaurant, a cucumber sauce is a variation of Tzatziki with a yogurt base cucumber garlic and spices. Here they just put a glob of mayonnaise (no cucumber) . Never coming here again. Young lady here told me they didn't have anything but pizza. I asked for chicken shwarma pizza, and she said she couldn't do that either. First of all, I called twice to order and was hung up on. So I tried to order online but the site wasn't working so I tried to call in again and the lady proceed to take my order but she kept talking to someone else as I was talking. So I had to keep repeating myself. I gave up and just went to the restaurant. When I got there, the same voice from the phone didn't greet me or say anything. While I was standing at the counter, she answered a FaceTime call and proceeded to talk to caller as I was ordering. I stopped to allow her to finish her call, however she said it was ok for me to continue ordering while she kept looking at her phone. I should have walked out but it was late and my family and I were hungry. When I got my food, I was told that I was "given" fries with my 10 pieces and wings order since they don't come with it by some other woman. I told her I order the 10 piece wings and fries from the menu and fries are included. She started arguing with the rude phone lady in Arabic about my "extra" fries. I understand a little of the convo. They weren't giving me anything that I didn't order. They were extremely rude and I would NEVER go back and I suggest no one eat there. We ordered a steak sandwich with onions mayonnaise and catsup and a gyro. Both were only $8.99 for the sandwiches and fries. The gyro was very good, just enough of the sauce and the meat was done well but was not tough. The shaved steak sandwich was delicious, the onions were sautéed and the portions were good. i don't totally know what new york pizza is supposed to be like, is it just flat pizza? if so, coming from an overall pizza fan, this is fine. it's pretty flat, light sauce and good amount of cheese. we got a hawaiian pizza and a cheese pizza and the hawaiian was pretty good! there was a pretty good amount of pineapples (i would've preferred more but such is life), and everyone liked the cheese very much! all the negative reviews are from people that mobile ordered or got delivery, we dined in so there might be a discrepancy in how good it is. if it's cold it's probably not gonna be good, it might be preferable to dine in or pick up just to make sure everything is there and to your liking, the service was great! all the food arrived to the table after 10-15 minutes of waiting! read more

Mixed experience here. Had some difficulties ordering but was eventually resolved. Heard issues with other tables and getting orders right. As far as food goes, it was fine for the most part. Fries were severely undercooked and like eating raw potato. First time I saw a restaurant screw that up. Chocolate cake was great, big part of making this a 3 star and not 2 star. I've been a customer here several times in recent years. Once they came on board with UberEats, I ordered our a few times. They are actually two separate restaurants, but in the same location, with the same kitchen and same staff (confusing..) They also operate as New York Pizza and Wings, which is really on the opposite end of the spectrum I suppose. I never really asked why, but both are consistently "ok" when it comes to quality of food. The pizza is ok, but I would not venture out to call it authentic New York Pizza by any means. The crust is thicker and sauce nothing like I'm used to from either New York or New Jersey. I've had the gyro and schawarma. I'd recommend the Gyro as it has been more consistently decent. My one experience with the schawarma was dried out meat and undercooked fries. My second perspective of this restaurant comes from actually working with them as a delivery "partner" with UberEats. As I've learned from being an actual customer, patience goes a long way with this place. Food takes forever. It really doesn't matter if the restaurant is busy or slow...the speed is about the same. The owner of the restaurant has also had a tendency to reach out to me on my personal cell phone to demand I remove bad reviews, which up to this point, I have never written. Most recently, this restaurant also began giving out my personal cell phone to customers and urging them to harass me at all hours of night. This recently happened this past Saturday, when they provided my cell phone to a customer that was attempting to defraud and get free food. This resulted in my phone being called up to 2am over and over again. When I called the restaurant for an explanation, they admitted to providing my private information but offered no apology. This sort of practice is unprofessional and extremely unethical. They have no regard for partners or customers. With so many other options, and even more authentic restaurants, I would recommend trying out other great places that Orlando has to offer. Good Food, which is right next door has great Middle Eastern options and is open until at least 1am daily. read more
