    House Salad

There's lots of ads for this place in the various brochures and pamphlets I found in my hotel here in Orlando. Hubby picked it and we figured it'd be fun to try kabobs for once since we always go with gyros. We came in and there were already a few tables full. It's a small place so even though only three tables had people in them (including ours), it still was pretty busy. While we waited for our food a few other customers came in and had some experiences that made us pause. One group of guys had come in to pick up because they had originally ordered delivery and after 30 minutes gave up and came to get it. They also had to return to make sure to get the delivery fee taken off. Another man came in after them and returned his food for a refund because he had asked for a specific thing to be made a specific way, according to him, and they hadn't done so. Whether it was true or not, hubby and I were a tad concerned and were sure to double check they had applied our coupon at the end of our order. The guy said he had, but he hadn't. We went back in to get it fixed and they didn't have enough change so we just took whatever. The poor cashier seemed pretty overwhelmed. Their menu prices are set up to reflect what it will cost if you use cash. If you pay with a credit card you will be charged more. They have a sign up by the register informing customers know of this but I can imagine it would upset someone since I didn't see it on the menu. We got the Kebab Mix Platter because hubby wanted to try kebabs and it was the best way to try all three. I am glad we did because I have learned I only really like chicken kebabs! Go figure. Like: - House Salad - Shish Tawook (chicken) Ok: - Cucumber Sauce - Kebab Mix Platter (good sample of all the kebabs) - Rice - Shish Kifta (ground beef) Disliked: - Hummus - Shish Kabob (lamb)

Fresh and delicious food, was great experience at Kabab house, My friends love it too

Overall their food is pretty standard, nothing worth going back there again. Food was kind of bland, all they had to do was put a little more salt and spices and it would've tasted a lot better. The portion sizes were pretty good. I ordered the NY burger and it was tasty, although the cheese was burnt black on the edges. Fries were too crunchy and had no taste at all. Lastly, the bathrooms were really disgusting, like I couldn't even wash my hands there bc there was soap in a mug and no paper towels. It was pretty f

    Lol. "Tabouli" F me.

I should of checked their Yelp score. I ordered through Uber Eats and got a very skimpy mezza plate and if this is what they call Tabouli then WTF. Dont give this place your money.

This was not a good choice. Awful! Took hour and half for delivery and hair found in three orders when we went to take bites in our food. Called location up and will go make new ones and send to us but we were all disgusted. Asked for refunds and they couldn't process it saying it would have to be grub hub. She was very rude over the phone and asked specifically what we we were eating S if we were lying. Grub hub did it but still reached out to the area.

    No fries.

Food tasted pretty good when it eventually showed up over an hour after I ordered through UberEats. I ordered a wrap which didn't come with the fries included. Two stars because it tasted good, but way too long a wait.

Ordered the $17 meat Shawarma. I was better off going to Mickey dee. The description says "big" portion. This is totally false not even close. Please save your money there are better halal options than this place. Total rip off!!! I normally don't review but this needs to be addressed.

Seven people waiting inside and four waiting outside.

Right off the bat, I should say that I didn't read the reviews before doing. I could have saved my money if I had. As most everyone has said, it took a long time 50 minutes. I ordered the combination platter. It comes with lamb, chicken and ground beef kabobs. Bed of rice, salad, hummus, cucumber sauce, and a pita. All the meats were overcooked. Texture of jerkey and flavor of liver. The rice was poor quality and undercooked. The hummus was bland, I didn't taste any garlic or olive oil. The pita bread was the cheap stuff you find at the grocery store. The salad was actually very fresh and good. I love cucumber sauce with my kabob. In a middle eastern restaurant, a cucumber sauce is a variation of Tzatziki with a yogurt base cucumber garlic and spices. Here they just put a glob of mayonnaise (no cucumber) . This was one of the worst kabob meals I've had in my life. But I think my dog enjoyed it.

I was looking for a friendly family quite place were I could enjoy a healthy and delicious meal with my kids while visiting Orlando, Florida. I'm glad I found it. Their Mediterranean food was outstanding. Moreover Crew members were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend you guys to try the awesome baklava for dessert. Just delicious.

Selim was our server, and he was absolutely outstanding. He guided us through the menu, helped us choose dishes based on our preferences, and every recommendation he made was spot on. The service was truly top-notch. The Turkish tea was incredible--absolutely to die for--and the Turkish coffee was just as amazing. We also ordered the Iskender Kebab, and it was phenomenal. Everything was packed with flavor without being overly spicy, which we really appreciated. The food, service, and hospitality were all exceptional. We are so happy we found this place while visiting the Celebration area, and it will definitely be a must-stop for us when we return next year. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!!!! This was our first time going to a Turkish restaurant as a family...and it is…read moresafe to say we are hooked. In fact, before the end of our trip we went back to get some more dips. They were that good. We went here for dinner on a Sunday evening and it was pretty quiet, there were a few people but not a ton. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and it was nice out so we sat outside. That being said, you should at least pop your head inside, the decor is beautiful! For 4 people we ordered the mixed appetizer, lavos, 1 spinach pide, and 1 mozz pide. We also got 2 salgams and they split it into 4 cups for us. This was far too much food for us, all of us overate. Honestly I think we were fine with just the mixed appetizer and the lavos. That being said, know the portions are LARGE. The mozz pide itself needed pepper flakes (which they had so we added) or some sauce or something. It's kinda like cheesy bread, I don't think I'd get it again. The spinach pide however was so good! We got it with the feta cheese and it was so soft and fresh. The mixed appetizer was SO good and I highly recommend it, especially if you're in the bind we were (couldnt decide what dip to get). Theres 5 dips that come in it- Ezme, hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush and cacik. The ezme was my personal favorite- so full of flavor. The garlic really made it pop! The hummus was also really good, definitely one of the best ones I've had! Very creamy and fluffy. The tabouli honestly wasn't super memorable. Not that it was bad- it was good, but compared to the others it just...lacked. The baba ganoush was AMAZING! I've never had one like it before and I liked it so much that I'm attempting to recreate it at home. The baba ganoush is a must try. The cacik was also really good but it's not a thick dip, you could almost just use it as a drizzle. Overall I'd recommend checking out Istanbul grill. The food is phenomenal!

We were the ONLY TWO PEOPLE in the restaurant. Should be plenty of time if we know what we want as soon as we sit, right? Wrong. It took most of those 35 minutes just to get the food, which was all appetizers, most of which were cold (as they were supposed to be). How long does it take to take something out of the fridge? And for the warm items, we could hear the microwave in back being used. I know microwaves can be a reality in restaurants, but come on, turn the sound off! We literally had to cram food in our mouths while signing our check and racing to the show. Also, the wine situation was sad. The items we wanted we kept getting informed they were out of. The owner/server was very nice, and you can tell this is a family establishment, but it was a little *too* family, if you know what I mean. I felt like I had dropped in my neighbors and was waiting for them to whip something up for surprise guests. All that being said, the food was good once it arrived, but I'm not sure we will be returning.
