Dinner for two only comes with two small kabobs $43

it's a food truck not a but after I drove 14 miles to get there I decided to buy the food... The kabobs are the worst you'll ever find so hard and old dry and very small. The dinner for two only comes with two small kabobs certainly not worth $45 almost Baba ganoush is made out of eggplant from a can it's so watery you can't really eat it. The falafel are frozen falafels you can buy in the store as are the grape leaves. The hummus tasted good but it probably was pre-made too.

Tucked behind the visitors fleamarket is this food truck heaven. In here I stumbled upon this new stop. Just opened this little trailer is a gem. The grills are well seasoned and the salads are fresh. Don't skip any of the sauces. The garlic sauce is a hit. Kibeh is very good and the owners operators are very pleasant.

    Falafel sandwich- yum!

We had the Lava bread and the select two which were the hummus and Muhammara which is a Puree of red peppers, walnuts, garlic, olive oil & pomegranate. $12 My husband ordered the Red Lentil Soup but he wasn't a fan, it tasted like Tomato Bisque. For our entree, I had the Lamb Sis Kebap which I shared with my mom and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. This was a big portion. My husband ordered the fried fish, it came with a big salad and rice. He said the fish needed some seasoning. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. We also ordered Turkish coffee and the Kunefe which none of us had ever had and I must say it is my favorite dessert ever! The restaurant looks nicer at night. It has a better ambience. The lighting was super bright. Definitely had a great time and will certainly be back.

We ordered the mixed appetizer and the famous lavas bread. To our surprise we got a flat, deflated pita bread instead. Lavas bread is a signature dish of Bosphorous so I called the waitress and asked why the lavas bread was deflated. Answer: must have a hole. The manager came around so I told him the same and added that I had chosen this place for my birthday and was looking forward to the round and puffy lavas bread but got a pita bread. His answer: some time that happens. Sorry but for a restaurant of this level, they shouldn't let their signature appetizer leave the kitchen if it isn't perfect. End of story. And at least the manager should have cared but didn't. Otherwise, my husband and I shared a mixed grill, my mom had a shrimp dish she liked and they did bring me a dessert with a candle which was nice. If I go back to Bosphorous it won't be this location. Parking was Ok but it was also Wednesday.

I've been on the go since before the sun was up today. Usually I would get the food to go - but today I just needed to sit and eat like a human instead of in the car etc I wanted a few minutes of peace and quiet before going to my chaotic home. Is there sometimes a 10 to 15 minute wait for the food - yes... I'm more than happy to wait because everything is prepared fresh in your view. I grabbed my phone and expected to watch TikTok for entertainment... Be aware! If you can't wait the 15 minutes - save this place for another day unlike a nasty woman who was loosing her mind that 15 minutes had passed and they were putting her meal together. People are wild - I wanted to say mam - do you not see these guys moving as quickly as they can? I sat and watched for a moment. Both of the guys working tried nicely and calmly to explain that they were preparing the food etc - she was literally having a temper tantrum. Thank goodness I don't work in that field as I think she would have been wearing that food. Anyway this review is long overdue! I am always happy with the food. Seeing how they handled a wacko customer made me sure these guys care very much about their business. The garlic sauce is to die for! We have never got any dish or dessert from here and not gobbled it up! Enjoy!!

Unlike the venue in Hollywood, Florida, which is near our home, this one is larger and brighter and more spacious. The food is just as good and the atmosphere also is cheery and bright. We had the saganaki and the grilled octopus appetizers. Both were very good. Although we are used to cold, marinated octopus we thoroughly enjoyed this grilled version. For dinner, hubby had the lamb board and I had the slow-cooked lamb. Both were savory and satisfying, and we had enough leftovers for the next day's lunch. We were adventurous and tried the Galaktoboureko dessert, custard wrapped in honey phyllo. It was served warm, and it was sweet and creamy. Our server Rafael was very attentive. About the only problem we had was that the appetizers and entrees arrived at the same time. Say what? Nico, one of the managers, chatted with us before and told us he had worked at the Taverna Opa in Hollywood. After our meal, he stopped by to see if we liked this restaurant and even offered us a taste of mastiha, a Greek liqueur. Hubby doesn't drink, but I gladly accepted a shot (and really liked it). We had dinner around 6 pm and the entertainment was starting just as we were leaving a bit after 7 p.m. We couldn't stay longer because we had to catch a speaker. Dinner for 2 with 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 dessert, tax, and tip was $137.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and inviting. The restaurant has a great ambiance that makes you feel like you're in for a special dining experience. The food was fantastic! Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of authentic Turkish flavors. You can tell that the kitchen takes great pride in the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of every dish. The portions were generous, and every bite was better than the last. It was one of those meals where you genuinely look forward to trying everything on the menu. What really made our visit even more special was our server, Mark. He was absolutely awesome! Mark was friendly, professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to explain the different dishes to us, including what the ingredients were, how they were prepared, and what he personally recommended. His explanations were extremely helpful, especially for someone who wants to understand and experience Turkish cuisine rather than simply order something randomly. Mark never made us feel rushed and was always checking on us at the right time without being intrusive. His personality, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant really stood out. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Mark definitely made ours memorable. Overall, Zeytin Turkish Cuisine exceeded my expectations. Between the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service from Mark, this was truly a five-star experience. It's clear that the restaurant cares about its customers and wants everyone to leave happy. A special thank-you to Mark for being such an awesome server and for taking the time to explain everything and make sure we had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to Zeytin Turkish Cuisine and would happily recommend it to friends, family, and anyone who loves great food and exceptional service. Five stars all the way!
