5 Stars What an amazing dining experience at Istanbul Grill Celebration! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Selim was our server, and he was absolutely outstanding. He guided us through the menu, helped us choose dishes based on our preferences, and every recommendation he made was spot on. The service was truly top-notch. The Turkish tea was incredible--absolutely to die for--and the Turkish coffee was just as amazing. We also ordered the Iskender Kebab, and it was phenomenal. Everything was packed with flavor without being overly spicy, which we really appreciated. The food, service, and hospitality were all exceptional. Amazing place!!!! This was our first time going to a Turkish restaurant as a family...and it is safe to say we are hooked. In fact, before the end of our trip we went back to get some more dips. They were that good. We went here for dinner on a Sunday evening and it was pretty quiet, there were a few people but not a ton. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and it was nice out so we sat outside. That being said, you should at least pop your head inside, the decor is beautiful! For 4 people we ordered the mixed appetizer, lavos, 1 spinach pide, and 1 mozz pide. We also got 2 salgams and they split it into 4 cups for us. This was far too much food for us, all of us overate. Honestly I think we were fine with just the mixed appetizer and the lavos. That being said, know the portions are LARGE. The mozz pide itself needed pepper flakes (which they had so we added) or some sauce or something. It's kinda like cheesy bread, I don't think I'd get it again. The spinach pide however was so good! We got it with the feta cheese and it was so soft and fresh. The mixed appetizer was SO good and I highly recommend it, especially if you're in the bind we were (couldnt decide what dip to get). Theres 5 dips that come in it- Ezme, hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush and cacik. The ezme was my personal favorite- so full of flavor. The garlic really made it pop! The hummus was also really good, definitely one of the best ones I've had! Very creamy and fluffy. The tabouli honestly wasn't super memorable. Not that it was bad- it was good, but compared to the others it just...lacked. The baba ganoush was AMAZING! I've never had one like it before and I liked it so much that I'm attempting to recreate it at home. The baba ganoush is a must try. For context, I eat hummus every day of my life, so this was a big day for me. The main course was good too if you can believe it. We stopped by Istanbul Grill while visiting Orlando, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The whole family was happy--always a win. My friends saw this on Yelp and wanted to try it out when they were in the area during one of our hangouts. It's located in the same plaza as Charley's and Kobe - turn left towards the Delta hotels then right - that's one of the easy ways to get into the plaza. We came before dinner time and had no issues finding parking. The staff were all friendly and seated us quickly. Even when they became quite busy with bigger tables, they were always polite and making sure we were accommodated. My friends ordered the Lamb Kofta (they warn you in advance they do it as a patty style here) and my other friend got the seasonal fatty lamb. I ordered the seasonal meat pide. Food was quick to come out - I say we waited no more than 7-10 minutes for our food. Quality and quantity was very good on all of our dishes for the price we paid. We even tried the desserts and were pleasantly surprised that they were the right amount for 3 people to share fairly and weren't too sweet. We saw a lot of bread appetizers going out and said we'd try it another time, along with some of the other dishes that were ordered and went by our table. Definitely a good option to check out again. *** BEWARE *** This place is amazing and we love it! You HAVE to pay attention to your BILL. We were going to pay cash but they brought the machine that take care. The bill was $88.80 and a TIP option was up and ready for me to select. HOWEVER, I was paying cash and they brought over the check. 18% was ALREADY being charged to me and on top of that a tip option still came up for me to select. If I was paying card, I wouldn't have seen that. Is this even legal?? We do their food and looked forward to coming back this year. I was just shocked that I was charged 18% and then there was still an option for another tip. If you are not paying attention you'd be tipping twice which is weird to us. I came to Istanbul grill for the first time on Valentine's Day. For being a very busy day the staff did a great job getting everyone seated and food ordered. The food took 45 minutes to come out but like I said it was a busy day. The place is decorated nicely with some fancy lamps. The staff was nice and friendly. The food was spectacular and worth the wait. I got the beef kebabs *spicy and it came with rice, salad, slaw and a hot pepper. I can't remember the plate name that my husband ordered but his plate was delicious as well. We ordered a dessert that was amazing, I never tried this dessert before I believe it's called kenufe. First time visiting this well reviewed restaurant and since we were staying nearby, at Gaylord Palms, so it was a good excuse to try Turkish food which our entire family absolutely loves! It was a Saturday evening so the restaurant was fairly busy as walked in! We were very warmly greeted and seated in a booth! We started with lavash bread and baba ganoush plus ezme! I have to say their ezme was even better than Bosphorus which is another wonderful Turkish spot in town! Next we ordered a mixed platter for 4 along with mousaka! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was onpoint and our drinks were refilled quickly! We finished with Baklava and my picky mini-me declared it as the best Baklava she's ever had! Obviously didn't order enough food prior to the closing time of the kitchen which we did regret a bit. Got dual cold appetizer with hummus and baba gaunoush with Lavas, hot bread. Lamb shank and salad with lamb shish. Everything was surprisingly delicious. Lavas was hot, fluffy, and big. Perfect combination with the hummus. Lamb shish were four juicy cubes. Lamb shank was tender and flavorful. Lamb sauce was great with the rice. We should have ordered more. Services were really great. We found this restaurant on Yelp as we were in the area. We went for lunch and it was excellent. I had a salad with the most incredible vinaigrette (not salty at all) and LOADED with perfectly cooked shrimp. My friend had a lunch wrap combo with a drink and fries. He said it was delicious and a great deal at $11. The service was very attentive (maybe a little more than I'd like normally when with a coworker) but lovely. Sadly, I didn't get photos. Excellent and unassuming family-run spot in Kissimmee! Our group dodged an 1+ hour wait at Cheesecake Factory to eat dinner here instead, and we are so glad that we did. The team here welcomed us graciously and efficiently, perhaps sensing our hunger - after placing our large group order, we didn't have to wait long at all to start digging in. Here are my thoughts on what we tried: Mixed appetizer - This plate comes with five of the cold appetizer options: ezme, hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush, and cacik. While everything was good, we were particularly impressed by the tart, rich, and bold ezme and ended up ordering a separate plate of it later! Pita is provided, but considering springing for the puffy, pillowy lavash bread as well. :) Falafel - So yummy! Their version was crispy, well-seasoned, and beautifully textured - no weird oil aromas or dense toughness to be found. It's falafel like these that make me think I could go vegetarian for the long haul. Mediterranean salad - Acceptable, but not too exciting - we may have skipped it if we realized earlier that our mixed grill platter would come with a substantial amount of vegetables. Istanbul mixed grill - The namesake dish of the restaurant doesn't fail to impress! This is a must-order for your first visit so that you can try a bit of everything - all these meats were succulent and savory, leaving luscious drippings on the rice canvas beneath. Bites of cabbage and salad helped cut through the meaty richness, so our table of 7 had no issue finishing this behemoth. Vegetable sauté - This rich stew of vegetables was a pleasure spooned over rice, and offered a good contrast to the grilled/fried foods elsewhere on the table. Don't sleep on it! We skipped dessert here to enjoy a custard cone outside, but the künefe definitely sounded appealing - y'all will have to let me know how it is! Very hungry after a long day, I saw Istanbul Grill had very good reviews. Walked in on a Sunday night. We were warmly greeted by a host and were given the choice to seat outside or in the restaurant. Though the weather was beautiful that night, we chose to seat inside. The Turkish mosaic lamps/chandeliers were beautiful. Colorful plates with intricate patterns adorned the wall. While Turkish music was playing, we enjoyed the food. Served with shank soup and very flavorful rice, the lamb shank was so tender that it falls off the bone. Lamb kofta were ground lamb patties that were tender and served with salad and rice. For dessert, the pistachio roll with ice cream was awesome. Sweet with contrasting textures and temperature: crunchy on the outside, chewy in the inside that really went well with the creamy vanilla ice cream. Service of all members of the staff was superb. They checked in on us multiple times; one would truly feel that they were concerned about the restaurant experience. After visiting Gatorland with my family during our trip to Orlando over the Holidays in December, we ended up stopping by Istanbul Grill in Celebration for lunch! Istanbul Grill offers Mediterranean Turkish cuisine. All of their items are made fresh in-house! When we walked inside the restaurant, it was super busy! We ended up getting a booth table inside the restaurant. A team member provided us waters and menus! Looking over their menu, Istanbul Grill has Kebab entrees, lamb chops, fish, salads, kids menu offerings, pide, and much more! My family and I ended up ordering the following at Istanbul Grill Appetizer: Lavash (Hot Bread) - their signature bread. Hummus Entrée: Lamb Chops with Basmati Rice and Salad Chicken Kebab with Basmati Rice and Salad Beef Beyti: Beef Adana wrapped in pita bread topped with tomato and yogurt sauce The presentation of the Lavash bread was pretty cool when the team member brought it over to the table. The hummus was soo good!! We ended up eating all of the Lavash bread and hummus while we waited for our entrees! There are restrooms available towards the kitchen area inside Istanbul Grill. After about 20 minutes, the entrees arrived. My daughter ended up eating all of the lamb chops. I had a bite and the lamb chops were scrumptious! I really enjoyed the chicken kebab. It was super flavorful. The chicken was tender and juicy too! The basmati rice and the side salad was a great addition to the chicken kebab. My husband enjoyed his beef dish. So after much deliberation We decided to try Istanbul Grill on a whim, & man am I glad that we did. This restaurant did not disappoint. The space is modern & tidy & clean. We were greeted right away & seated promptly. Now let's get to the reason why we're probably reading this yelp review, the food. We started with the hummus & falafel both appetizers were delicious. The falafel was fried to perfection. We also ordered the lavas bread, when I say this was probably one of best I've had I mean it. It was baked to perfection, soft buttery, pillowy & came out piping hot. For our mains we ordered the Adana chicken, spiced shrimp & lamb shank, which was paired with a lamb shank stock. The lamb was fall off the bone, the ground chicken was spiced to perfection. All the dishes were accompanied by seasoned basmati rice, salad & pickled veggies. On impulse We also ordered the Sausage Pide aka Turkish pizza, we ordered another one to go, so that'll tell you how much we enjoyed the Pide. Istanbul grill is a great restaurant in Kissimmee. We went there twice in our one week stay! The first time we ate in their outside area and the second time we did take out. The inside looked like it had beautiful decor, but the weather was just so nice that we sat outside. The service was quick as they brought us water and left a water bottle with the table. They were well informed on the menu and were able to tell us about the vegetarian options. We are a family of four and we definitely over ordered. We got the 5 dip appetizer option with the lavas hot bread and omg, it was huge!! The ezme is a little spicy and acidic and was great. My personal favorite was the cacik and the baba ganoush. The cacik was similar to tzatziki, as it's a thin yogurt based dip. It was creamy and so good. The baba was so good. Creamy and light but still filling, YUM. The tabouleh salad was good but wasn't as much of a standout as the others. The hummus was exactly what you want a hummus to be. Highly recommend getting the 5 appetizer platter and get the lavas bread! It was warm and HUGE, but still light. We got the Turkish Salgam which tasted a little like pickle juice and I believe had beets in it. It's good but wasn't for me as it was a little too acidic for me. Small sips on that one for sure, no chugging. Finally the pide. The cheese pide is just mozzarella, which is delicious but flavor wise fell very flat to the appetizer platter. The spinach and feta pide was good, but again not very flavorful compared to the appetizers. Ended up adding red paper flakes to give it a little something. For four people this was more than enough food (we had leftovers). The TLDR is food is great def get the appetizer platter and lavas, and the service is great. Highly recommend read more

We came here by mistake, we thought it was their other location, not knowing they had more than one location. When we walked in we didn't notice that it wasn't the other place because they have it set up very similarly and it had been over a year since we had last been in the Orlando area and it was nighttime. We went in and were greeted immediately. We recognized one of the waiters and one sat we ordered quickly, because they were about 20 minutes from closing and were kind enough to seat us. Even though they were closing very soon, they did not rush us whatsoever. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. The service and presentations were top-notch, just as we had remembered from the last few experiences. The bread, of course, was nice fresh and hot. We had hummus, various kabobs, lamb chops, and my daughter had the pepperoni flatbread. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Tonight, our group of nine, went to the Istanbul Grill for dinner. We had a variety of items. We had chicken, lamb and shrimp dish's, 3 different pides (Turkish pizza), and a Mediterranean salad.
