She did not take her time at all... I think she was rushed because she had an appointment walk in. Didn't really get the finish I showed them and asked for and the price was outrageous. Changed my mind on my manicure after that experience and was met with many objections to it and STILL charged the same amount for mediocre service. In my opinion they are too expensive especially for a rushed and not what I asked for service.

Once again, never checked on while nails dried...had to pull out the toe separators with my newly painted nails...and trying not to touch or ruin them. Person in charge...watching movies and yelling for techs to serve clients. Not a peaceful or happy atmosphere

I've taken a year off and can now see my organs through my glowing, Powder like skin. I can't take it. I've got to go back, I'm a blond(e), tan is the color I should be. For those of you looking for a place, I have always preferred Solarium to others in the area due to price, convenience, and they are not high pressured sales people, also in March typically they have had a monster sale (around 1/2 off on average.) This is where I've gotten all my minutes for the past three years. The level 2 and 3 beds are the best, be prepared though, the level 3 can be unbelievably hot, (air wise.) Other than that, the beds are always clean and the ladies are very helpful. In the three years I tanned I've only waited for a bed twice.

But my last two visits left me frustrated, mainly because of the pricing and quality. Today, I specifically told the manager that the acrylics I got last time burned my nails, so I wanted gel instead. They still charged me extra for soaking off the acrylics. The manicure itself took 2 hours, and the end result isn't even great. They added charges for things I didn't request--like a "spa manicure" (which was basically just lotion and a hot towel that washed right off). They also charged for the round shape, soak-off, which I understand is healthier for nails, but it still felt unfair when I had already explained my concerns. I thought they only charged for almond shape but come to find out I was wrong. I expected to pay extra for the cat eye design, but the tech clearly didn't know how to do it. See photo. Every nail looks different, and it took 20-30 minutes just for that step. You'd think a manager would check in at some point for that. More butts in seats=more money. In the end, I paid $75 plus tip. While that's not wildly above local prices, the amount of time it took and the poor quality make it not worth it. Sadly, I won't be coming back.
