Don't have a issue or complain After several years of booked appointments. I felt I could voice a option, of the service I wanted on an appointment that was just before my birthday. I asked for my tips not be "cutt" to swallow to Compliment my natural nail bed. As it cause issues with Lifting the nail product soon after it was applied. Hoped for a medium length- which was some how was greatly missed understood. I only raised 1 issue with the service, my thumb nail lengths were Substantially different. 1 was without a tip applied, 1 was with a tip with length. I pointed out that my thumb lengths did not match & could they please at least allow those nails to be equal length. I was asked not to come back after my request, my 1st request in 4 year's. They "attempted" to fix after throwing a fit. Nails still did not come out quite right. Birthday's are a special occasion, I wanted pretty nail for my Birthday. Apparently don't ask if you still would like to be a client. it's a shame, such a good location. read more

Amazing place! They do a great job esp on cuticles that's my main concern , some places just pretend like they're pushing your cuticles back not this place. I came in about an hour before the store closed on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, there was no wait, and I liked their large selection of colors to choose from. I knew pretty much as soon as my dip manicure was done that I was not satisfied. There was a lot of dip powder and clear coat under each nail that basically glued my fingertips to my nails. I overlooked this and used a warm water to loosen things up. Fast forward to today (Saturday I had them done, today is the Thursday after)--a corner of the dip polish got caught on my shirt and chipped off. I have never had dip chip ever, let alone a huge chunk. The people were nice, the price was good, but I just wouldn't do it again. read more

I was excited to try this salon because their prices are cheaper than anywhere else around for gel manicures. However once I got there I felt the whole process was quite rushed, she didn't let me keep my hands under the light for the whole time. My nails were already chipping one day later. I went in and had them fix them which again the didn't do a great job at fixing what the screwed up the first time. So again my nails were chipping less than 24 hours. Would not recommend and will not be visiting there anytime soon. Id rather pay a couple more dollars for better quality and friendlier workers. The salon is clean though! read more

Horrible. A total waste of $35 dollars. I have gel nails that are thick and look like chiclets and somehow the man doing my nails rounded the edges. Update: I went back to the salon today and they fixed them for me. The ladies I had this time were so sweet and polite. Thanks so them for changing my experience. Original Post: I had the worst experience there today. I'm not sure who did my nails, but I explained what I wanted and I thought she understood, but after having to take off two tips because they were uneven and were thinner than coffin, she started to snap back whenever I asked a question. When I asked about length and shape she responded "we aren't even done yet". This feels like a trap because after you are done they have to take everything off and start over with dip. I wanted to cry most of the time and felt trapped like I couldn't say anything because "we weren't done yet". Especially after the first two questions which resulted in her switching to not speak English anymore. Needless to say after leaving with every nail a different length I was kicking myself for paying $40 to make someone make me feel bad for speaking out about what I didn't like. I get people can be rude, but I was perfectly polite and I left $40 poorer and feeling sick to my stomach. Not exactly what I went in for. I plan on calling tomorrow and explaining the situation. I am happy to change my review to more satisfied if they are willing to make it right. Otherwise, stay away from a place that doesn't honor your feelings as a customer. I usually go to Luxury Nails and Spa in Zona Rosa but unfortunately they had a long wait so I decided to give this salon a chance. I was a little skeptical because it's smaller than my usual salon. I also really hate going to new nail salons because I usually have a bad experience but I can say that Amy did a great job. Then one of employees had her child there that got sick and vomited all over the floor. The employee assisting me stopped in order to clean that up all while another employee sat in a chair enjoying a massage. Never again! read more

This is my new go-to nail salon. They have a loyalty members punch card, friendly staff, clean space, they do an outstanding job everytime with the paint and my favorite part is how meticulous they are with cleaning up my cuticles. My nails feel the cleanest and refreshed everytime I leave this place. Yesterday, I took a picture in of a design and asked if they could do it. They said yes. Well after 2 1/2 hours it was evident that they could not. The designs on either hand did not match. there was supposed to be a triangle on one finger of each hand, it was not a triangle. Then she could not add the silver tape. I have had this design before at a different shop so I was pretty sure what it was supposed to look like. When she started using super glue to hold the tape on, that was crocked, I said, this is not right. It is not going to work. Just put one color over it. So two more coats of polish (gel, that I am sure that will never come off, without ruining my nails) I could finally leave. SHE THEN CHARGED ME FOR BOTH THE POLISH AND THE DESIGN THAT SHE COULD NOT DO IN THREE HOURS! She did offer to stamp my rewards card, but I said no thanks, I will not be returning. read more

Unprofessional and I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went to do pedicure, the person who did the pedicure to me did not speak the English language at all. I explained to her what I wanted basic pedicure and she said ok, but soon as she cut my nails, I was not satisfied. I tried and explained to her, she did not even want to see the mistake I asked another employee next to us explaining to her what I wanted, but she continued to work and did not even try to correct it. She was a little arrogant when I saw she didn't want to correct her mistake, I just went out, even paid $ 25 for half of her job. Whatever I say, no answer, not understand. They are not a responsible and arrogant place with a lot of non-professional workers. Stay away from this place. You do not have to deal with that customer service.
