I do not recommend using Timber Builds. If you do, do not sign a contract without getting EXACTLY what you are asking for in writing beforehand. The price sounds great but the headache that will follow is an issue you will want to avoid by having everything worked out upfront before you sign the contract. Once you sign that contract, he will try to justify his actions based off what he defines as "manageable" and "complete". In a "contract world", details matter. Be sure the contract is detailed and clearly states everything that is required BEFORE you sign it.
